The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, wie eine Mini Wohnung selbst mit Waschmaschine. Anlage ist noch neu und auch dementsprechend im gute Zustand. Befindet sich im Innenhof, daher echt ruhig. Einzige was man erwähnen sollte - kann im Sommer recht warm werden hat keine Klima Anlage nur Ventilator steht im Zimmer. Waschmaschine im Zimmer aber keine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche aufhängen, Flure sind recht verwinkelt, Duschtür schließt mit lauten Knall und wackelt dadurch und Lichtschalter im Bad direkt zusammen mit Steckdose -an greift schnell in die Dose statt den Schalter zu erwischen. Rezeption ist direkt im Eingangsbereich - man kommt sich schon kontrolliert vor bein Betreten und Verlassen. Licht von Microwelle und Lichtschalter Nachts schon störend

Öncelikle Factory Suites, merkeze yakınlık olarak ***et iyi bir konumdaydı. Yürüme mesafesi ile otobüs terminaline 18 dk, merkeze ise 30 dk lık bir mesafeydi. Otele erken gelmemize rağmen erken check-in yapmamıza olanak sağladılar. Odada buzdolabı da vardı. Görevlilerden terlik istediğimizde isteğimizi geri çevirmediler ama terliğin isteğe bağlı olmaması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Genel olarak oda temizliğinden memnundum fakat katlı havluyu kullanmak için açtığımda maalesef bir saç öbeği ile karşılaştım. Görevlilerin bu konuda daha dikkatli olması gerekiyor. Bunun dışında çevresinde gece geç saatlere kadar açık marketler de bulunuyor. Saç konusu dışında herhangi bir olumsuzlukla karşılaşmadım.

The hotel is new, and the room was very clean, which we appreciated. The staff also maintained the property well. However, our stay was not very comfortable. There is no air conditioning, and the room became extremely hot, even during the night, making it difficult to sleep. There was also construction work near our room, so we were woken up by loud noise early every morning. Because of the noise, we couldn’t even keep the window open to let in fresh air. The room itself is clean, but it could use a few improvements. For example, there is no mirror in the room—only one in the bathroom—which was inconvenient. Overall, the hotel has potential, but adding air conditioning, improving sound insulation, and making a few practical upgrades would greatly improve the guest experience.

New apartment, well equipped. Near a major supermarket. It gets a bit hot when it's sunny, but a fan was provided. Can hear footstep trumping sounds from adjacent rooms, but it only happens infrequently

Lo que me gustó que las instalaciones eran nuevas, muy moderno, lo que no me gustó fue que la basura la tenias que sacar vos mismo hasta la entrada del hotel, pero despues en general muy bien todo.
