This check-in experience was an utter farce. I paid money but didn't even get to step into the hotel room, and I have to get this off my chest:
1. The self-service system is ridiculously terrible and kept freezing: The so-called self-check-in system has so many convoluted steps that it's dizzying. The interface kept freezing constantly, with no response even after clicking multiple times. After filling in the information as prompted, the confirmation email never arrived in my inbox. Refreshing and checking the spam folder did nothing—I was completely stuck here.
2. Customer service is hard to reach, and problem-solving is all about dragging feet: Desperate to check in, I tried to contact customer service, but there was no response for ages. When I finally got through, they sent a verification code, but it still showed failure after input. I tried repeatedly, but it was useless. Throughout the process, no staff took the initiative to follow up. Every time I asked, the reply was just "wait a moment" or "it's a system issue," as if I were just an irrelevant nuisance.
3. Paid for nothing but trouble, and refund was refused: After struggling for nearly two hours and still failing to check in, I requested a refund, but they refused on the grounds that "check-in was attempted." In the end, I couldn't afford to waste any more time, so I gave up. I had to find another hotel nearby, which not only cost me extra money but also disrupted my schedule. I was fuming with nowhere to vent.
This kind of hotel can't even guarantee basic check-in and has no sense of responsibility when problems arise—anyone who comes here will get ripped off! Strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Don't waste your time and money!

2、客服難找,解決問題全靠拖:急著入住的我想聯繫客服解決,半天沒回應。好不容易聯繫上,對方發了個驗證碼,結果輸入後還是提示失敗,反覆試了幾次都沒用。全程沒有任何工作人員主動跟進,問就是“稍等”“系統問題”,彷彿我只是個無關緊要的麻煩。
3、花錢買罪受,退房還遭拒:折騰了快兩個小時,始終無法完成入住,我提出退房,對方卻以“已嘗試入住”為由拒絕退款。最後實在耗不起,只能放棄,在附近重新找了家酒店住下,不僅多花了錢,還耽誤了行程,一肚子火沒處發。
這種連基本入住都保障不了、出問題還毫無擔當的酒店,誰來誰被坑!強烈勸大家避雷,別浪費時間和錢!

我經常在外出差,住了這麼多酒店,從沒給過別人差評。這家酒店的體驗完全顛覆了我的認知,尤其這幾個問題必須重點説:
1、房間格局不合理到離譜:整個房間是斜的,有個很小的窗戶,不通風。上床要經過很窄的樓梯後鑽進去,鑽進去後躺下,別説站著了,坐起來都費勁。
2、自助入住系統反人類:説是自助,實際操作巨複雜,界面卡頓不説,識別半天沒反應,步驟多到離譜,折騰了1小時還沒搞定,想找人工幫忙卻找不到人,簡直是花錢買罪受。
3、全程聯繫不上工作人員:入住時遇到問題找不到人,感覺整個酒店像沒人管一樣,安全感全無。
4、要經過4道門才能到房間,手機刷卡才能進電梯,電梯和步梯結合著才能到房間,酒店裡麵很繞。
5、房間床上用品不乾淨。
本來想著圖方便才選的,結果因為很多問題,糟心到想立刻換酒店。真心不推薦,誰來誰後悔。

I travel on business frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I've never given a bad review to any. The experience at this hotel completely顛覆了 my perception, and the following issues must be highlighted:
1. The room layout is unreasonably absurd: The entire room is slanting, with a very small window that doesn't allow ventilation. To get into bed, you have to climb up a narrow staircase and then "crawl" into it. Once lying down, let alone standing up, you can barely sit up.
2. The self-check-in system is user-unfriendly: It's said to be self-service, but the actual operation is extremely complicated. The interface is laggy, the recognition function fails to work after a long time, and there are an absurd number of steps. I spent an hour trying to get it done but still couldn't. I wanted to find staff for help, but there was no one around. It was simply paying to suffer.
3. Couldn't get in touch with staff throughout the stay: When I encountered problems during check-in, I couldn't find anyone. It felt like the entire hotel was unattended, leaving me with no sense of security at all.
4. It takes passing through 4 doors to reach the room. You need to use your phone to swipe and get into the elevator, and you have to combine using the elevator and the staircase to get to the room. The inside of the hotel is very confusing.
5. The bedding in the room is unclean.
I originally chose this hotel for convenience, but due to so many problems, I was so upset that I wanted to change hotels immediately. I truly don't recommend it – anyone who comes here will regret it.
