Nobilis Residence offers a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Prague, with clean, modern apartments that feel more like a home than a hotel. The rooms are well equipped, with functional kitchens and comfortable beds, making it ideal for longer stays or for those who prefer self-catering. The location is excellent — close enough to walk to Wenceslas Square and many major attractions, yet tucked away enough to be relatively quiet. Service is generally responsive and friendly, and check-in is simple and straightforward. The property feels secure, and the addition of amenities such as Wi-Fi and seating areas adds to the comfort. That said, there are some limitations. Being a residence, it lacks the full facilities of a hotel (no daily housekeeping, concierge, or on-site restaurant), so guests should be prepared for a more independent experience. Some rooms may feel compact, and the building is older, so noise or small maintenance quirks can occasionally occur. Overall, Nobilis Residence strikes a good balance between location, value, and comfort. 酒店環境很好，位置離火車站不遠，去景點哪怕步行也可以接受。唯一一個缺點在於工作人員的時間。我下午5點半從機場到了酒店，發現沒有任何工作人員在這裡，還是別的顧客幫我開的門。這裡的大門和房間都需要密碼開門，密碼是會更換的。再次更換的時候沒有收到短訊提醒，又出現了進不了房間的情況。

大きな冷蔵庫も電子レンジもあって過ごしやすかったです。部屋も広く大きなキャリーを広げても狹く感じることなく過ごせました！チェックインやチェックアウトも攜帯でスムーズに出來ました！おすすめです！

Excellent location, newly renovated, everything are quite new. You can go to everywhere from here, and only two Metro stations to the central train station.

Overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fairly convenient—not too far from key spots—but be prepared for a bit of walking. The route includes some slopes, both uphill and downhill, which can be a bit tiring, especially if you’re carrying luggage. That said, the self check-in process was super easy and smooth, which made arrival hassle-free.

생각보다 넓고 시설도 깨끗했었습니다. 프라하에 짧게 머물러서 다시 여기로 여행을 온다면 이곳에서 내고 싶을 정도로 좋네요. 특히 화장실과 룸이 분리된게 좋아요

Overall everything is good except the reception check in time is only from 3-5. We reach after 5pm ring the doorbell nobody open the mainentrance door for us then we try to call the duty manager phone only she do the online check in for us.
