1. **清潔人員隨意處理個人物品** 我理解清潔人員在整理房間時需要清理床舖，但我無法接受他們隨意將我的個人物品丟在床邊櫃子上，甚至導致我的電腦掉落到地上。這種粗心大意的行為，不僅對客人財物造成潛在損害，也讓我感到被忽視和不受尊重。 2. **未更換或清洗用過的杯子** 在房間內，我使用過的杯子未被清潔人員清洗或更換，而是直接反轉放回桌上，甚至沒有杯墊墊住。這樣的處理方式，對衛生要求完全不符合，也影響了住客的使用體驗。 3. **未尊重住客回收物品的意願** 我習慣將每天用過的膠樽留作回收用途，並在瓶身貼上字條，明確表示「請勿取走」。然而，清潔人員不僅將膠樽取走，甚至連字條也一併丟棄。

Congress & Wellness Hotel Olšanka: Prag'da Harika Bir Kaçış Noktası! Prag'a yapacağınız bir sonraki ziyarette kalacak yer arıyorsanız, Congress & Wellness Hotel Olšanka'ya mutlaka göz atın derim! Burası hem şehrin tadını çıkarmak hem de biraz rahatlamak isteyenler için süper bir seçenek. Neden Mi Sevdim? İşte Birkaç Sebep: * Konum Çok İyi: Otel, Žižkov'da, yani merkezi ama aynı zamanda kendi sakinliğini koruyan bir bölgede. Tramvay durağı hemen kapınızın önünde, metroya da kısa bir yürüyüşle ulaşıyorsunuz. Bu sayede Prag'ın o meşhur tarihi yerlerine gitmek çocuk oyuncağı! Etrafta çeşit çeşit kafe, restoran ve market de cabası. Akşam yemeği için uzaklara gitmenize gerek kalmıyor.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a tram station right outside the entrance. It’s only a 10–15 mins tram ride to the Old Town or other main areas. The room is also spacious enough for two people. However, the hotel feels more like a 2 or 3 star hotel in terms of service and amenities, and the building itself is quite old. It appears that the hotel partners with many travel agencies or schools, as we noticed that most guests were part of tour groups. As a result, check-in can take a long time if you arrive at the same time as a tour group (see photo below for reference).

Номер был неубранным и грязным. Заменили на другой с двумя кроватями, из которых одна тоже была грязной. Убрали только на следующий день. Для 4-х звездочной гостиницы считаю недопустимым. Расположение отличное, завтраки хорошие.

Everything was good except that the door and the walls were not that sound-proof, so you may sometimes hear people chatting in the corridor or in their rooms if they were loud

The hotel is old, needs to be renewed ! The room was tiny, AC was not working and reception never answer to phone, old tv with no screen mirroring, the shower was not as hot as wished, the breakfast was not good at all. Only location in front of tramway is a plus, otherwise, I don't recommend this hotel.
