Not really what I expected. The hotel itself is actually an apart-hotel and a hotel without any connection with it. It's invisible from the user perspective what is on the booking. Unfortunately I booked an apartment which is not even in the same building. Hotel itself doesn't have the lobby, nor any work area. Weird config. Confusing. But super-helpful staff.

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed by the hotel's amenities. The pictures here on 訂房網站.com are not accurate. There is no gym, only three cardio machines, that's it. Also, the ice cave and one of the saunas weren't working, which I was not informed about before nor after the booking. Literally these three facilities have been the reason why I booked this hotel at all, which makes me even more disappointed. My room was really nice, but directly next to the street, so I could hear cars driving by the whole night - especially all the police and ambulance cars every half an hour. The room was in general not soundproof at all - I could heard everything of the corridor. As I had my dog with me you can imagine how much sleep with both got - non.  The staff was really kind though and I liked that the hotel is like a small campus, having many restaurants onsite as well as other opportunities e.g. for shopping, hairdresser, perfumes.
