Regents Court was amazing. Perfect location and felt very safe. Facilities were great and very friendly welcome. Would highly recommend and would definitely return if lucky enough to return to Sydney

Blatantly refused to allow me to spend the night, even offered to provide a refund which they did not, then when pressed by 訂房網站 they denied that I even turned up in the first place. Staff member Alex Allsopp was arrogant, dismissive  and downright rude.  The most disrespectful behaviour I have ever encountered from a hotel staff member. Utterly reprehensible. Would not recommend.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Regent Courts Hotel. The property has a wonderful heritage charm, with its old building structure and a fascinating vintage lift — complete with a metal sliding door and wooden inner door that gave a nostalgic feel. Spacious room with two queen beds, perfect for four people. Beds and duvets were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The kitchenette was a great addition, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Nespresso machine with capsules, milk packets, and other beverage sachets provided. A drip tray and table cloth for drying utensils, pots, and plates would be helpful. The kitchen lighting was too dim in the evenings, making cooking difficult. The knife provided was not sharp and had a chip, which could potentially cause food contamination — replacing it would improve safety. Although a washer was available, we didn’t use it since the dryer was located on the ground floor, which felt inconvenient. The Kings Cross train station is just a 5–7 minute walk away, making travel around Sydney easy. Both Woolworths and Coles supermarkets are about 7 minutes away at the end of the street, perfect for picking up essentials. The staff — from front desk to housekeeping — were consistently polite and welcoming, adding warmth to the stay. A short train 訂房網站 takes you to Bondi Junction, where you can catch a bus to Bondi Beach — ideal for spending a relaxing day by the ocean. The rooftop was another relaxing spot. We visited briefly to take pictures and enjoy the fresh air. Unfortunately, I was welcomed by tiny dead roaches in the toilet. On departure, I noticed a live one coming in and out of a cracked wall near the basin support. Addressing this issue would greatly improve the overall guest experience. Overall, Regent Courts Hotel is a good place to stay for four nights. The shower, heater, water supply, safety, and lift all had no issues. Its location is accessible, close to supermarkets and the train station. The only drawback was the roach sightings, which should be addressed.

The hotel was clean, in an excellent location, ample room, comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Only complaint would be the pressure of the shower, as I love a good shower, and the room did not get serviced, so not daily  fresh towels or bedding.

The building is very old, and the elevator is outdated, which feels unsafe. You even have to manually hold the door, which makes it easy to get your hand caught. The room had an unpleasant smell and lacked basic bedside amenities like power outlets. Despite the high price, no drinking water was provided. Check-in was difficult as there were no prior instructions via email or message. When I tried using the intercom at the entrance, no one responded. I had to call the phone number listed on 訂房網站 3 times before someone finally answered. It took over 30 minutes just to get in touch and find the room.

The front desk is unfriendly and not helpful. Not many of them book this hotel. Looks *******. Book at your own RISK! Even if you are injured, you wanted an early checkout, this hotel DOES NOT REFUND THE NEXT DAY. probably no business. Just desperate they will not refund. I did not even check in. Hotel refuse to refund. 訂房網站 has been assisting with the refund.
