They have heater inside the rooms. Could get warm but it’s good when you are not used to a very cold weather. Nice amenities. Free staple simple breakfast. But people can be noisy at night. Toilets need more cleaning maintenance in a day cos people who use it could be so careless.

これまで様々なホステルに泊まってきましたが、一番汚いと感じました。私が泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、私物が部屋中に散亂しており、明らかに部屋の掃除がされていませんでした。部屋のドアなどに部屋內での飲食禁止という張り紙がありましたが、飲食後のお皿などが放置されており、ルールも無いのと同様だと感じました。またロッカーがすでに使われていたので、それを理由に部屋の交換を申し出ても、空きがないということで、何も対応してもらえませんでした。確かに駅近くで立地はよく、朝食も一応付いていて、ロビーは今どきな感じになっていましたので、宿泊費を踏まえればお得かもしれませんが、まず部屋の不潔さをなんとかしてほしいと思いました。

入り口が小さいので、ちょっと場所が分かりづらいですが、中は普通に綺麗で過ごし安い。 朝食も簡素ですが充分です。 ただ、コンセントが各ベッドに無いのがちょっと厳しい……

The room was not really cleaned and they don’t provide locker to anybody or they even don’t have any space where we can place our luggage we need to leave on the floor

The main issue with Urban Nomad was misleading room information. At check-in, the receptionist clearly told us (and my friend also heard it) that we were assigned to a 4-bed female dorm, which we were happy with as we were three female travelers. However, after entering the room, it turned out to be a 6-bed mixed dorm, which was completely different from what was explained. We immediately decided not to stay, but unfortunately no explanation, or compensation was offered. While the location is strategic and the hostel fairly clean, the lack of responsibility and poor communication made the experience disappointing.
