Nice service but failed to tell us the a/c wasn't working. Intentionally booked for A/C as in the middle of a heatwave so as we were unaware of the situation, by the time we realised they were unwilling to refund us to find another hotel for the evening. They did relocate us to a room that was cooler but still required a desk fan for the evening. Good location to explore on foot and with onsite paid parking which helps.

We had a very comfortable stay over the weekend. The Hotel is ideally placed to enjoy the local pubs, beauty spots, shops and transport links. It was quiet and we enjoyed a really lovely meal via room service on Saturday evening. We have stayed here before and definitely will again.

I have been paid my car park fee when I check-in. but, unfortunately, I received the fine from them for against of unpaid car parking when i back to HK. I called couple times by phone or online customer services but all no response.

Staff unfailingly friendly and helpful, very well located. Maintenance isn't great (2 of our rooms had broken AC) and a bit scruffy Management is clearly very profit focussed as prices for room and breakfasts are high Overall it's ok, but there is better value elsewhere

終於有時間來客觀評價一下朴茨茅斯的Holiday Inn了。 服務：入住的時候搞錯日期，是我的問題，但前台（一箇中老年女性）的溝通態度之惡劣也是匪夷所思的。第一次見到酒店前台對我摔東西，翻白眼，我説我要投訴她，她居然就是酒店經理，服務這一項如果可以負分，我是絕對給負分的。而且不能取消，完全顛覆了我對holiday inn的印象。同時請網友支招怎麼投訴 設施：衣櫃門都沒有，門鎖也是非常簡陋 衞生：通風管道的垃圾説明瞭一切 另外，訂房網站的客服已經是盡力溝通了，這家酒店希望不要再合作。
