酒店在波爾圖老城區核心，步行5分鐘就能到聖本篤車站，10分鐘可達路易一世大橋和 Ribeira 河畔，逛景點、找餐廳完全不用打車，踩著石板路就能解鎖城市精華，夜景尤其絕，晚歸時能路過亮著暖燈的百年街巷。

酒店標四鑽，但是個人覺得達不到，特別是停車收費與訂單標識的不符合，訂單標明的是一天10歐，剛到店，前台小姐要收15歐，還説訂單價格是以前的，現在修改了，怎麼説説要收15歐。我們也不想跟她爭論，想到找訂房網站平台，看能不能要回多收的費用。 但是這家酒店的優點是位置相當好，在主城區，去哪裡都方便，出門步行可以達到任何景點。餐食也還行

위치도 적당해요 볼랑시장까지 걸어서 6분 ? 도루강까지는 10분정도면 다 걸어가요 근처에 맛집도 많고 빨래방도 걸어서 3분거리에 있고 그 앞에 젤라또집 맛집입니다 두번가세요 직원분들이 정말 친절해요 만날때마다 좋은하루보내라고 말해주고 웃으면 인사해주고 너무 친절합니다 3일간 사용했고 조용히 쉬고싶어 청소요청도 안했는데 필요하면 요청하라는 메모까지 친히 적어두고 하셨더라구요 작은섬세함들이 눈이 보여서 여행의 첫시작 포르투가 너무 좋았습니다

Only nice about this hotel is location , very central , but room standard is poor , bathroom is dirty , towels are old , need replacement, pillows are too flat , shower has no indication for hot or cold , and water temperature rising very slower , had to take a cold water shower , thinking the shower was broken , mini fridge is so noisy , couldn’t sleep with the sounds , housing keeping standards is very poor .

Great location and wonderful service by the hotel team. However, the rooms on the 1st floor (we had 2) weren’t great - the showers needed about 10minutes at full blast to get hot water and even then it was only lukewarm. One of the shower screens was leaking and it flooded the bathroom floor. The 2nd stay was better - we got rooms on the 3rd floor. Decent showers with immediate hot water. If the maintenance was managed better, this was be a super hotel as the location is fantastic. And the reception team is excellent

Room and bathroom was nice and spacious. No noise heard from outside, very quiet. Hotel located within 10-15mins walk of the main street, lots of lovely restaurants and little cafes around. Staff was also friendly upon check in and check out, offers a left luggage service if you arrive early or need to store before heading off to airport.

Desde el momento en que llegamos fuimos atendidos súper bien ,por el personal del hotel ,nos asignaron la habitación incluso antes del horario ,la habitación súper cómoda,con todo lo necesario ,el restaurante-bufet increíble pedimos desayuno incluido y estaba todo muy bueno luego en la tarde hacían como un snack time y los pasteles de nata deliciosos.La ubicación es perfecta literalmente al lado de todo .Lo único que puedo decir de manera constructiva es que la terraza estaba un poco desordenada y los cristales u. Poco sucios pero que supongo que será porque llueve mucho,pero si deberían tener en cuenta.Cumplieron con todas nuestras peticiones y de verdad el personal es increíble !!!
