Wow, they told us that we were the guests of the day. We celebrated my son's birthday and the added freebies (free breakfast, birthday card, late checkout and candies surprise) are indeed very much appreciated! Thank you so much Westin Team for the effort! Of course, this is a Westin brand so everything is perfect!

Cahotic, dated hotel, quite a distance from the Harbor. Noisy people coming in and going out. Homeless sleeping outside the building. the car park is listed in the ad as private, but it looks like public parking: it is outside the hotel. You pay 40 dollars for the Park but you don't have the car in the hotel and it is not clear who is responsible for the car. Extremely expensive shabby room without proper comfort, there is not even a kettle. Not particularly clean. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff

Hotel and the room were clean. Good space in the room and bathroom. Pillows were perfect. Sheets were nice. Towels were substantial. Very nice front desk staff. Great location. Although not with me, allows pets, so that’s why i chose to stay there. Not well insulated doors and windows only drawback.

I was able to get an early check-in which I always appreciate. I had previously asked about a specific room which was not available but got one in the same position on a higher floor. The view was great looking over Portland, Me. It was explained there was work being done in a nearby elevator, and I might hear it. I didn't but I did, however, hear loud doors. I mean slamming. When the hotel is busier, that must be a big problem. I always enjoy having a small refrigerator, so that was good. One other thing I noticed, even when the room is comfortably warm, it doesn't circulate to the bathroom, which is by the door. There is no heating vent in the bathroom, and it was cold! Especially getting out of the shower! But love the Westin and look forward to my next visit. Free continental breakfast maybe?
