The bed was the best thing about the motel - very comfortable. Apart from it and a cabinet holding up the TV, the only other furnishing in the room was an old armchair that looked like it had spent 50 years in nightclubs - it was a bit sticky. The shower was big enough and clean, but the water was only just warm. Internet didn't really work - I was able to watch about 5 minutes of a Youtube video and it stopped working. I could read some web pages in the morning. There's a 7-11 next door, and google maps suggested a pancake place and some other eating establishments are nearby but I didn't try them.
