天堂Spa酒店 (Paradise Spa Hotel)

酒店衞生很差，有蟑螂，搞笑的是我們入住的時候房內還有上個房客的一條內褲。跟前台反映也衹是拿掉內褲而已，沒有任何補償👎👎 早餐普通，玻璃杯裂了也照常給房客使用👎👎 酒店可以步行到海邊。

酒店有給作餐吃食物種類不多 飯比較好吃 其他的就是房間 房間有很大的味道 我拿了除臭劑去噴就沒有醬臭了 酒店靠近海灘走5分鐘就到 外面吃東西也很方便

This is honestly the worst and filthiest hotel I've ever been to. When I checked into my room, there were iron burn marks on the carpet, spider webs, and dirt stains in the bathroom (of what I could see). I asked reception and they moved me to another room, not much better. Also the same iron burn marks, and not to mention the bathroom, the container where the coffee, tea, etc. was in was dirty and had ants or some other insects crawling in it. Also, it advertises a restaurant, however, the lady at check in had to call and advised the restaurant is not open. As a female solo traveler I specifically looked for accommodation with restaurant and/or room service facilities so that I won't have to venture out at night on my own. They also don't have any sockets for a normal 2-point plug, and when I enquired about it the response simply was that they don't have it. Now having come to Port Dickson from KL, how was I to know that the plugs aren't the same? But the pure lack of assistance and don't care attitude was unacceptable. As the room was on the 4th floor, the swimming pool is right above and the noise coming from there, the splashing of water and vibrations were just the final straw. I ended up finding alternative accommodation because there was no way I was even going to use the shower due to the filth, again, the lady at the reception desk had a no care attitude not addressing any concerns. Unfortunately I am not able to upload the video to show how EASY it was to clean parts of the bathroom nor of the bowl with crawling ants. Stay away! I'm flabbergasted at how they get the high review score.

Dont bother to pay extra for king size bed, they will still give you 2 single beds. Its stated in their room info, my bad for not reading them. Well never expected a king equal to 2 single beds😅. Might as well I take standard room with 2 single beds. End up I woke up with backpain then only realize it was 2 single beds. 🙄 The rest, food buffet okay. Nothing much. Infinity Pool was great, suitable with the price. Gym some equipment not function. There were unused books or magazines kept at the rooftop, ruining the view. Overall, you get what you paid. Except im super dissatisfied with the beds.

Hotel have infinity swimming pool view sea... cleanliness ok but aircond not cold.maybe need to service.get a good price although weekend.overall, I can give 7/10...

Decoration cantik! cuma karpet depan bilik agak berbau, pintu sliding door tidak boleh kunci, jug kettle ada semut, side table katil berhabuk sikit. jakuzi best n besar. swimming pool pun best n view cantik. untuk breakfast ok cuma tidak banyak pilihan.

A simple hotel with medium range price. Family unit comprises of 2 connecting rooms with 2 single bed unit and one more is queen bed. Breakfast buffet is ok with the basic food like nasi lemak, bread, cereal, fruit and cake are provided. They only provide 2 super soft pillows in each room, not comfortable at all. No soap bar or liquid handwash soap. Only provided with 1 shower & shampoo gel in each room. Please seriously consider providing soap bar so that it is easier to wash hand. This hotel is also very strict with check out time, not even an hour free extension. Every hour extension is chargeable at RM32.40 Feels like this is more of a low cost low budget hotel. With the rate charged, perhaps can pay a bit more to book at other better equipped hotels. For me, soap and decent pillows are necessities even for all basic hotels.

Very clean and comfortable. With skyview swimmng pool and access to gym. Very near to beach. Reccommended.

murah dan nice view atas ada kolam
