環境對不起價錢，衛生和裝修都可以接受，唯一最不能接受的是隔音非常差。

Customer service very friendly and very nice! Room size is good enough for 2 adults 2 kids. There is a Coway water dispenser in the corridor. The playroom is very clean. My kids happy to play at there.

The place was comfortable, cozy and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water pressure and hot water worked well. Soap, shampoo n conditioner provided. Vanity mirror n hairdryer imcluded. They even provided breakfast for us which was truly welcomed and appreciated. Ample car park outside hotel but make sure to pay parking fee via app. I used flexi parking app.

I used to stay here a few times when the hotel is named WG hotel. But I'm not sure what happen, this is the first time i felt the soundproofing is so poor that I didn't have enough rest during my 2 nights stay. I can hear noise from the next door, tv, showering even hair dryer sound. I stayed near the lift, I can hear every single human who walked past. Maybe last time when under WG, not much people staying here, thats why i dont face the sound issue, but after the changed of name, and promoting, people tend to try out this hotel. Definitely not going to stay here again and recommend. There's better hotel opposite.

I stayed at Innspire Hotel Port Dickson and found the experience to be quite mixed. The room was fairly basic, and the soundproofing was poor, making it easy to hear noise from other rooms and outside, which affected my sleep. There was also a strange smell in the room that made it uncomfortable to stay for long periods. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, and the staff response was slower than expected. Overall, the stay was acceptable but disappointing in several areas, and improvements in sound insulation and room condition would greatly enhance the guest experience.
