The hotel is located in a strategic area, easy to move around with many modern shops and nice coffee houses nearby. Parking is free, which is a big plus. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The only downside was the aircond at the hall, it wasn’t working at all and needed to be fixed. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Good location n nice view, near zus coffee, and another fast food shop. Facilities in room is to basic, poor bed.. Only 3 channel tv, so boring. But good staf reception at front desk..

The room hotel & Ac just ok. Hotel location near to the TF supermarket just opposite the hotel. Staff hotel is friendly n helpful. Parking free provided by the hotel. Easy to get food n drink by walking distance.

Overall comfy stay, the environment its almost like resort style. Swimming pool is very nice; Aircon temperature put to the lowest is just nice for me, but might not sufficient for those who used to cooler environment.

1. No star utk service petugas di kaunter masa check in on 17/6, Bilik pertama level 9 unit 03 byk semut dan perabut dah rosak, sinki bertakung and balkoni kotor penuh tahi. 2. Request tukar bilik. Respond very slow. Manager bole siasat fakta ini. 3. 4 Star sy beri utk bilik yg diganti. Level 6 unit 05. Bersih dan ok semuanya. Patutnya check bilik sebelum pass pada customer. Sy attach gambar/video bilik sebelum dan selepas. 4. juga 4 star utk Staff bertugas masa check 18/5. Thank you

To check in was a bit hassle coz the lobby is at L3 so we kinda got lost after we parked our car. The check in was smooth but the lobby was on the south side of the building while the room was on the north side. So kinda have to walk a bit to get to our room. The room was good but it was bit dirty. You see hair everywhere on the floor and on the bathroom. There’s only one pillow were provided for each guest and it was totally flat. Asking for an extra pillow but they will charge RM5. I’m like what? No thanks. We ended up bought extra pillow at the supermarket downstairs and it cost us RM10 and we get to bring back the pillow. The sheets was bit smelly. Kinda stale smell. However the view from our room was nice. The aircond was not that cool even though it was set at 16 degree celcius. The buffet was decent. The location of the hotel was strategic as its right in the PD waterfront. Overall it was an ok stay for us. Do we gonna stay again here again? Probably not.
