Very nice stuff, you can get access to free laundry which is important when you travel for a long time with kids. Actually here is everything what you can expect from small hotel in small town

Good for just a night as we travel on the Great Ocean Road. Room was clean. But no frills kind of hotel - no soap and no shampoo and toothbrush. But towels are clean and bed is ok. Good that there is parking on site. Comfortable for a night stay
