棕櫚林生態度假村 (Palm Grove Eco Resort)

Room was quiet big n clean.But food service was poor.Hotel location was quiet good but slightly far from market.

Property was not clean. Service was good. There were lot of mosquitoes and small insects. The property was not well lit and was very dark. Washroom was very small and amenities were poor

The rooms were too dark it. Wifi wasn't working at all the location is also outskirts so all the cafes and restaurants are far not a good experience

there were big cockroaches in the room, no one at the front desk knows when the breakfast is available. They also don't know if they can deliver the food to the room The location is too dusty.

property is not soo good as it appears from pics on website.Rooms particularly in shaks are in bad shape.Food is average.Restuarant is shabby.Overall property gives a shabby feel.Not goo vibes.Better properties availbe at this cost.only plus point is staff at reception.They are good and respond properly to requests.

Resort is excellent. Management of properties is very good. However, the standard of food can be better.

i recently stayed at the palm grove eco resort and had a mixed experience. the rooms were decent, though they could use some improvement. the property owner is incredibly humble and courteous, which was one of the highlights of the stay. the reception staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and other interactions smooth. however, the service staff's behavior was disappointing—they lacked even basic courtesy, which detracted significantly from the overall experience. the food was below expectations, and this is an area that definitely needs improvement. the property itself has great potential, with a beautiful landscape, but unfortunately, it is not well-maintained, which was a letdown. overall, while the resort has a good foundation with its location, owner, and reception staff, better maintenance, improved food quality, and more considerate service staff could make it a much better experience. rating: ⭐⭐/5

The room was horrible. Tv not working, ac was damaged and fan also, where there was no option to reduce the fan speed. There was power cut most of the time and many time there was not immediate backup provided as well. The room was full of cockroach also and after we asked they provided hit. The restaurant staff was not supportive and they didn't provide room service

It was beautiful but north indian food was very oily. Slippers were not provided in rooms. Dining area was dusty.

Pathetic service the property is huge but not maintained at all no cleanliness at all we were a family n booked 2 rooms however they gave us 2 rooms very far from each other n they couldnt find the keys at all for the room. The hotel is very far from jetty and they will charge very high price to travel anywhere from the hotel. The bathroom was very unclean with spiders around n slimy water
