The furniture in the room is old , The bed is comfortable but the bedsheets have yellow stains. The room light is not bright. Check in deposit is required.

I think the hotel is over rated at this point, My first room has trouble which ac didnt event cold at all , complain and switch to another room . Second room has smoked air and you know what the aircon didnt even cold at all . Complain again but they say its full booked i have to wait for my second day in there. Third room was perfect but u know what no soap no shampo and the shower head doesnt work!! I have to crouch to take a shower ! They move my stuff but forgot to bring all my toiletries and say its gone with my retainer gone . Complain they said they didnt know!

Hotel is located in a strategic location with a hospital across the road and many delicious food around. Check in was fast with a big lobby. Card access to rooms. The lift on the right was a bit slow though and sometimes wouldn’t open till you press the door open button. Pool is mainly for kids and the water wasn’t that clean. Didn’t opt for the breakfast. Room was big and clean but the hot water wasn’t consistent. Stayed on the eight floor and the view was fantastic. Parking to lobby was one way, so after you get picked up or dropped off the car has to reverse out. But overall a comfortable stay.
