The receptionist’s handwriting was very confusing — she wrote 514 as 519, which caused us to go to the wrong room. The next day, the room key stopped working, and my parents had to wait outside for more than an hour. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked. Only after arguing and explaining that my parents are elderly and tired did they finally arrange another room for us. This shows there were available rooms all along, contrary to what they said. Lastly, the hair dryer provided was half broken, with very weak airflow and no heat. I spent more than an hour just to dry my hair. In conclusion, I will not return to this hotel again!

cukup untuk solo travelling, kalau berdua agak sempit. kamar bersih tetapi penerangan agak kurang terang. AC dingin dan nyaman.
