在雅加達時對哈里斯酒店印象很好，可惜到坤甸的哈里斯發現根本不是同一個味道！ 馬桶蓋壞的，噴淋頭上下移動移動不住，地漏堵水，燒水壺口破掉，房間內還有螞蟻，床單潮潮的🤣🤣🤣也是無語了。 服務員職業精神是不錯，就是設備不行，周邊也沒有好的商場

udh cukup bagus dari segi pelayanan dan fasilitas nya tapi lain kali handuk jgn sampai lupa dikasi soalny org yg nginap blm tentu bawa handuk karena kan emg umum nya di hotel pasti disediakan handuk ya.. dan tolong perhatikan kebersihan gorden jgn cuma bed cover dan fasilitas lain. Soalnya saya dapat room yg gorden nya bnyak nodaaa 😩😩

Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging. Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds. Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.
