We were really looking forward to this Holiday, our first in three years, but due to an emergency at home - our pet Bengal became seriously ill and subsequently has had to be euthanised - we had to cancel our Holiday three days before we were due to stay. 訂房網站 tried to negotiate with the Hotel but the Hotel was adamant that we still had to pay the full amount and were unable to even offer vouchers for use at a later date. So now we have no Bengal, have had no Holiday and have still had to pay for the Hotel. Beware when booking with a hotel that is so inflexible. I have rated location, cleanliness and facilities as average since we did not get to experience anything other than service.
