By mistake i booked the hotel for the check-in date of 10th instead of 11th june. No consideration of date change or anything and i have to lose my entire money of booking and in nepal, i didn't have any number to contact due to indian sim not working.

No booking confirmation is sent from the makemy訂房網站 to the hotel and it's very bad experience and a lot of problems which i faced can't express in words. The hotel people will be very good and hospitality which i shall be very thankful to them

Food, amenities & services were very poor. Beds are rest rooms are not properly cleaned. Food was also not good.

clean room. worth the money. staff was also cooperative . 2 min walkable from phew lake. this was the best part. breakfast for vegetarians did not have much options.

It is actually loved by Indians, all the things were good be it parking space, staff, facilities, breakfast etc. just one thing, Room lights are too dim...needed more connection

Location and property is excellent, services required improvement. Like in kathmandu nepal towels are not clean and washroom excercise is not available. Driver's rooms not available (when very cold season. Same as pokhara, many exchange by manager with 10% extra charges, heater is not working properly
