두번째 묵는 호텔인데 여름에는 별관에 있었으나 이번에는 본관에 묵어보니 호텔이 상태가 안 좋기는 함. 별관이 상태가 훨씬 괜찮은데 겨울에는 아쉽게도 운영하지 않는다고 함. 녹물도 본관은 심하고 별관은 훨씬 덜함.

Physically the hotel may call 5* but many attitudes show they are not truly 5. It's only 2 story building but no elevator. For ice bucket they charge which in any hotel give complementary. Food not tasty. No night menu.

Pokhara grandee is far from a five star property. It is at best a 3 star property. The description in makemy訂房網站 is absolute bogus, wi booked the hotel for the only reason for bathtub and it dis not have bathtub in the premium room category although it said it does. The breakfast is ordinary and the coffee served at breakfast is nescafe sachets in hot water. Machine coffee is chargeable which is a joke. The distance mentioned in mm t is given 990mtrs which is also a lie as the hotel is approx 3 kms away from the lake.

It was a very pleasant experience there. I was happy with the service and the most important thing is the view of the hotel was utterly spectacular, the hotel was near to the airport and the tourist places also driving distance. We have had our best holiday there. Their peaceful behaviour n nature is undoubtedly spellbound. Though its a small town thing but they managed to keep everything according to the expectations. I m greatful for that.
