This is my first time writing a negative review of accommodation, as typically I overlook minor issues and move on. However, the extent of misrepresentation and poor maintenance at this particular establishment compelled me to speak out. The accommodation not only misrepresented itself with outdated images, but also exhibited serious maintenance issues, including mold and algae in the bathroom. Staying in the CASA LOFT, we encountered broken stairs held together with cable ties, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the promised unobstructed view of the lake was obstructed by newer properties, a stark contrast to what was depicted in the listing. Despite our complaints and evidence provided to the platform, no action was taken to remedy the situation or remove the listing. The establishment also refused to issue a refund, maintaining its listing on the platform. This review aims to warn others about the deceptive practices of this establishment, preventing them from falling victim to the same scam.

푹쉬고 오기좋은곳 사장님도친절하시고 좋았다 호수바라보며 힐링하기좋은곳 싱크대쪽은 물은 뜨겁고 잘나왔는데 욕조는 문이 따뜻하게 한참을 틀어도 안나와서 좀추웠다 다음에는 비스타 넓고좋았다 바베큐하기에는 고양이가 계속와서 개인적으로는 그랬다 고양이가 싫다면 방충망이 있는 102호거나 아예 2층으로 해야겠다

조용하고 공기좋고 풍경좋고 잘 쉬고왔어요. 주변에 먹거리가 없어 좀그렇지만 배달앱 주문 가능하더라구요 2천원 추가비용 들었어요

장점 위치와 시설 그리고 주변 환경 및 차로 10분이내의 거리에 포천터미널과 하나로 마트등 각종 매장들이 있어 추가 물품 구매가 쉽고 좋음. 단점 숙소에 환풍시설이 없음. 싱크대도 있고 인덕션도 있으나 환풍시설이 없음 ㅡㅡ 그래. 뭐 내실에서 음식 조리를 하지말라는 취지라면 이해를 하지만 화장실에도 환풍시설이 없음. (가족끼리도 이해가 잘 안되겠지만 커플이 이용중이라면;) 배게의 세탁문제로 조치한것은 이해가 되지만 부스럭부스럭 비닐같은 재질에 잠을 못잠;; 내실에 샤워 헤드가 고정상태로 사용하기에는 각도조절도 안 되고 들고 사용해야하며 생각보다 배수가 원활하지않아 변기와 세면대가 있는 공간으로 넘어올경우 이 공간은 배수 구멍이 없어서 물빠짐이 제한됨. 난 재방문은 생각없음;;; 숙소의 위치와 사장님의 노력에 비해 시설의 개선소요가 너무 절실히 필요해보임. 물론 그런거 그닥 신경 안 쓰는 사람들이라면 할말 없지만. 아쉬웠음.
