普利茅斯萊昂納多酒店 (Leonardo Hotel Plymouth)

It's a good hotel, nice attendances, location and clean. But we weren't encouraged to pay £16 each for breakfast. It was very sparsely stocked, with no cheese or ham, few scrambled eggs, and the room wasn't clean, with food scraps on the floor. However, we did have a great breakfast at the Stoke Village Cafe, which I recommend.

I have to admit, I wish I had used Leonardo's Hotels in the past, when I had the option to. But now I can't help but feel the regret of not discovering their chains earlier enough. Anyway, that's by the by, but to say the hotel exceeded exceeded my expectations is an understatement. I mean, a part from the usual basic needs, the tea, the coffee, the milk for crying out loud, there were abundance of those. I was honestly extremely happy to see that given my stay was only for a day, that amount of supply was left to my disposal. I have stayed at branded chains who can't even get the basic right let alone go above and beyond. Other key touches, the selection of pillows left on the bed, unlike some places where you have to make do with a rough night sleep if the pillow available does not suit your need, I had no such issue with Leonardo. The pillows were there, scattered on top of the bed, I found one that was comfortable and slept with no complaints. This is extra brownie points territory, Leonardo! To conclude, will I stay at Leonardo again? Of course! At the time of booking, I only expected one thing: to stay for the night. But didn't expect the little touches to out exceed what I originally intended stay here for. Wish I could stay for longer, thanks Leonardo Hotel, Plymouth!

Great location in the centre, very lovely staff, rooms are large and practical, beds and desk chairs super comfy. I liked the free fruit, nice touch. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room but reception were helpful to keep things in their fridge.

The room was great made up daily with new towels. 2 key cards provided. Didn't book breakfast initially and was offered for £10pp if booked the night before so we took advantage of this. A few minutes walk from the harbour and barbican so nice and close but far enough not to be disturbed by noise. Would stay here again.

Great location in Central Plymouth. The room was a decent size and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful family room, very accommodating and extremely professional with a lot of food choices and restaurants nearby. My only con was when I got to breakfast at 9am (was told between 8-10am was the best time) a few items that we wanted were no longer available and not going to be restocked until the following day. All round visit though was very pleasing.

This was our second stay at the Leonardo Hotel. On arrival we had to pay £60 pounds for parking for six days. The car park was under the hotel and was convenient but very dirty. Reception and check-in was very quick and the receptionist very friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had paid for breakfast each morning but on four of the six days there were no pastries. On asking the manager if we could have some I was told there was a problem with delivery but the following day I was told that all the croissants had been eaten first thing in the morning! I feel when you are paying a lot of money for a breakfast you should be able to access all of the things on the menu. There were also no mushrooms the whole stay and one morning there was no jam or Nutella! Very disappointing. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very pleasant. Also on two consecutive days there were no cleaning services.

Very comfortable stay here! The staff were also very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good and hearty. It was a convenient location for me since it’s close to the university.

Lovely looking hotel, quiet, clean and modern. Friendly staff. However breakfast was terrible. Half the menu unavailable, not enough crockery and no staff for assistance. The cooked breakfast was poorly prepared and cheap poor quality ingredients.
