Our stay was pleasant because of the customer service. Gabriela L from reception was very helpful and provided fabulous service - thank you.
The room was big and the king size bed was v comfortable. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for sleeping. Some other issues were - the noise from corridor when neighbours closing doors and the restaurant above (as we stayed on floor 10). The air con was barely working and the shower drain was clogged.

Was a nice room lovely big bed and comfortable reception was lovely and helpful would definitely stay again
