During check in hotel staff requested for IC when we gave our passport but he said they need to charge extra to process using passport. When we gave our IC, he said only malaysian IC then he can process, other IC will need to pay tax. I asked if it is tourism tax? And he replied yes. I showed 訂房網站.com booking which was paid with the tax, can see his face changed. Room size is ok as our intention of stay is just for 3-4hours nap and freshen up before event in the evening. However, the room condition is very poor. Bath mat has a big hole in the middle, *********** on the floors and toilet bowl, bedsheet with footprint stain. And room reeks of cigarette smell, even though the level is for non smoking rooms. They provide ashtray in the ‘non smoking room’. We were not able to rest peacefully too as walls are too thin and we can keep hearing creaking sound from people / staff cleaning other rooms and walking on upper level. Not recommended even for short stay.

Hotel looks good, toothbrushes is provided but the shower head is not well maintained, towel with dirt and with holes, phone is out of service and only available for SOS when we are inside the room, the corridor is full with smoking smell in the morning

Booked for the jacuzzi and it’s big, happy with it! However the music can only be connected to radio & sound system is not that good. Doesn’t matter to us as we blasted our own music. The bed was comfy as well!

Overall it's good place to stay for short 訂房網站 but my room had disfunction socket and loose socket, my room had leaking and moldy ceiling also stain blanket. But the front office service always friendly and helpful

A budget hotel near aeon & ikea shopping center. There's not much amenities around the hotel. But there are plenty of restaurants choices 5-10 minutes drive away.

Room and toilet is clean, housekeeper is kind and polite, everything is okay just the phone is not functioning and toilet flush button a bit hard to press.

Minimalist, but sufficient for simple travels like attending wedding dinner, the room mapping was a Lil confusing though. Quite a good bargain with decently-maintained room and with rainshower in the bathroom~

Cheap place to crash and sleep. Clean, and have all the basic needs. However, if you are a light sleeper like me , do not book this hotel as I can’t sleep all night. There is a background noise like machine running and it was annoying. It goes high pitch to low pitch, and it repeats all night!
