We really enjoyed our stay. The food offered a great variety and was always a good choice. The facilities are very spacious, so you don’t feel how many guests are actually staying at the hotel. The beach was excellent — you just need to wake up early to get a front-line beach bed. We loved the continental breakfast available at 6 am; with our jet lag, it was amazing to have such an early option. Most of the guests were middle-aged, kind, and friendly, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. They also have an amazing jungle area with animals, which was very cool. The animals looked healthy and well taken care of, and it was a lovely addition to the experience. However, we didn’t see many staff members who were smiling or particularly willing to help — some were friendlier than others, but a few came across as a bit rude. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would return to this hotel again.

The hotel is quite outdated and the service they provide is decent but nothing wow. Already at check it they behave very friendly pushing it to familiarity which wasn’t cool. They gave a lot of information which was difficult to remember especially after a long 訂房網站 there. The food overall was good but most of the restaurants were closed all the time limiting the food options to two - one for breakfast and dinner and one for lunch. The food was ok but the plates were super stained and the plastic cups were horrible. Not a 5* whatsoever. The towels both in the rooms and at the pools were very old and used, the sheets in the rooms were stained, the beds and pillows super uncomfortable- for 4 nights there we didn’t have a single night of good sleep. The worst is the membership they push on to you - they first invite you to a breakfast to impress you but even before they present anything they ask for ID’s and credit cards and when we asked why they needed them - they couldn’t give a reasonable answer- we ended up in a fight about GDPR with them and left. Very unprofessional and definitely not the right selling technique. The best of the hotel were all the animals around the resort and the proximity to the sea. But the services are terrible- we wanted to book a massage at the spa and they sent us from reception to the spa when the spa was closed - they should have known that. Also, we apparently stayed at the hotel a week before they close down for renovations. The last morning before checking out they woke us up at 6 am with a lot of noises and emptying all the rooms around ours - very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Definitely not a 5* experience.
