The apartment in itself has a very nice size, big closet, big and comfortable bed, big sofa, 2 tvs, etc.. At our arrival bot soap dispensers in the bathroom were completely empty!!!!!! We had to contact the Company that manages the apartment, the guy came with one of those huge jar of floor cleaning product cut in half in with inside a liquid in dark yellow/brown colour and fill those dispensers up... very weird.. He was not able to give us any soap to clean dishes in the kitchen :( The kitchen had very few dishes to be used so we could not really use it. We used the pool on the rooftop but the bar on the below floor was in "restructure" mode (and it seems that it has been like that for a while). We only needed to stay for 1 night, so it was not a big issue for us, but it's a shame that in the whole Riviera Maya nice apartment are not really maintained and services properly...
