The hotel location is great. You need to make sure you are in the main hotel. They have 2 sections and one is in a totally different location, aprox 10 min walk up a steep hill. We had a family room in the main hotel next to the pool. The room was lovely and clean, however we had young girls who would come back and walk with high heals in the room above ours at all hours of the night! The sound proofing is not great. The hotel doesn’t provide tea or coffee in the room. The young lady at reception should also not be customer facing, she was so rude on arrival which ruins one’s perception of a hotel before you even walk in the door

We initially planned on staying for two nights. The wind cranked up and cancelled all boats off the island for two additional days. The hotel staff was very accommodating and hooked us up in the same room for the additional time. The staff was very kind in also trying to help with ferry bookings. Maria was exceptional with her support and setting up transport to the boats. There is an ATV rental about 250 feet from the hotel to rent. You can travel the whole island on an ATV. The food was excellent and a whole line of bars and restaurants are just down the hill. Breakfast was also fantastic.
