The hotel promotes itself as Dog friendly but it only accommodated dogs in the annex bedroom. Dogs are not allowed in any part of the main hotel reception, dining area etc so it’s not really a dog friendly hotel. As owners our movements were restricted as it wasn’t appropriate to leave our dog in an unfamiliar location unsupervised as he became very distressed. Dog friendly hotels usually allow owners to bring dogs into reception areas and dining areas. If I knew this was not possible I would never have booked. On a positive note the young man Rory working in the dining room gave a great standard of service, listened to our concerns and couldn’t be anymore attentive. It is important to highlight this and obvious how hard he was working whilst we where there😀 please note the photo uploaded was taken in another local dog friendly hotel ‘Mckays’ which did actually allow dogs in the bar and communal areas as it should be.

Very dated and tired hotel. Bad smell of damp in most of the hotel. Our hotel room was also placed just above an air conditioning unit which produced an annoying loud humming sound most of our stay. Mediocre breakfast. Won't be rushing back......

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff and very clean hotel. Nice buffet style breakfast but sometimes food was not hot enough or would go cold quickly.

Deplorable room conditions! Stains on the bed covers-previous body hairs not cleaned up on the bed topper- Medication left in the room bin, not cleaned up-Hair of some description not cleaned up in the shower- room looked out into a fronted up wall, with trash below- This hotel and my experience was not worth and no- where near the £182 I paid! I don't normally complain, but I would not wish any other poor traveller to experience what we had too. The service on the front desk needs to be better also.

We were there for 1 night. The only good thing is they have smart TV in the room. Let's just say the photos on the website are nicer than the room itself when we get there. It is still an OK room. It is just the whole room smell like swimming pool and chlorine.

訂的是最便宜的那個房型。房間超小，8個平方。衞生還算可以。如果是訂晚了，對酒店要求不高的話，可以湊合一晚。
