花園2號酒店 (Hotel Il Giardino)

前台的態度非常惡劣，並且跟他英語交流非常困難，酒店衞生狀況差房間陰暗狹小，且一股難聞的潮濕臭氣。性價比非常的低，懷疑歧視中國旅客在酒店有很多空房的情況下給我們邊角房。酒店房間與商家上傳的圖片完全不符，希望大家不要被矇騙。在我們提出床上衹有一層薄薄的床單，沒有被子的時候，前台非但不給我們解釋，並且一直襬臭臉甩臉色給我們。自己聽不懂bed sheet是什麼意思還要一直質問。我們如果説花錢買來的是這樣的服務的話，那這家店確實不應該繼續存在下去。十分有十分的差評。 The attitude of the front desk staff was extremely rude, and communication in English was very difficult. The hotel’s hygiene was poor, and the room was dark, small, and filled with an unpleasant damp smell. The value for money was extremely low. We suspect discrimination against Chinese travelers, as we were given a corner room even though there were many vacant rooms in the hotel. The room we stayed in was completely different from the pictures uploaded by the hotel. Please do not be misled. When we pointed out that there was only a thin sheet on the bed and no blanket, the front desk staff did not provide any explanation and instead showed us constant bad attitudes and unpleasant expressions. They did not even understand what “bed sheet” means, yet kept questioning us. If this is the kind of service we are paying for, then this hotel truly should not continue to exist. Absolutely a terrible experience, and I would give it the lowest rating possible. Il comportamento del personale alla reception è stato estremamente scortese, e comunicare in inglese è stato molto difficile. Le condizioni igieniche dell’hotel erano pessime: la stanza era buia, piccola e piena di un odore umido e sgradevole. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è bassissimo. Sospettiamo una discriminazione verso i viaggiatori cinesi, poiché ci è stata assegnata una camera d’angolo nonostante ci fossero molte stanze libere. La camera era completamente diversa dalle foto pubblicate dall’hotel. Non lasciatevi ingannare. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che sul letto c’era solo un sottile lenzuolo senza coperta, il personale della reception non ci ha dato alcuna spiegazione, anzi ha continuato a mostrarci un atteggiamento scortese e poco rispettoso. Non sapevano nemmeno cosa significhi “bed sheet”, eppure hanno continuato a interrogarci. Se questo è il servizio per cui stiamo pagando, allora questo hotel davvero non dovrebbe continuare ad esistere. Esperienza pessima, assolutamente la valutazione più bassa possibile.

地理位置絕佳，步行去斜塔景區最多5分鐘，門口就有公交車站交通非常方便。唯一的缺點是沒有電梯，不過這個價格也不能要求太多，哈哈。很滿意，性價比高

很難想象他就在比薩斜塔景區門口，在酒店露台就能直接看到穹頂dome，一個獨立的小房間，有一個天窗在你床的頭頂上，感覺還是挺新奇的，乾淨整潔，適合一個人住，兩個人可能就睡不下了。樓下就是麥當勞，出門走五米就是汽車站，到哪裡都方便

房間非常小 但是對比價格起來 我覺得是性價比很高了 在普遍2000一晚上的國外 這裡價格很合適 並且離比薩斜塔特別近 步行五分鐘不到！ 設施有點老舊了 插座甚至還需要去用櫃子抵住不讓插頭掉下來。酒店離火車站也不遠 步行不到十分鐘。不過總而言之 這個價格 這個位置 這個風景 還是性價比很高的

位置很方便，就在比薩奇蹟廣場城牆外面，樓下是麥當勞，距離最近的比薩火車站（不是比薩中央車站）步行10分鐘左右，適合晚到早走住一晚體驗日夜比薩斜塔的行程，沒有電梯，需要搬行李箱上樓梯，有一個天台可以看到城牆，設施還算過得去。

唯一好處就是不算太貴，而且位置10分好，職員10分友善，但是他沒有太多設施，而且感覺將賓館。

地段還可以 剩下的十分爛 熱水沒有淋浴極差 環境骯臟

酒店很老舊了，沒有好好在維護，唯一的優點是離斜塔非常近。不推薦。

除了位置一無是處，reception也還行。隔音，衞生都很差

地理位置很好 可以容忍環境問題
