永盛源·Courtyard復古庭院客棧（平遙古城店） (Yongshengyuan Courtyard Retro Courtyard Inn (Pingyao Ancient City Branch))

If you are given room 805, do check if the shower is working. Only the big overhead shower works. That too is broken/torn. Shower needs some time to adjust temperature. My biggest highlight is at check in,unable to read Chinese and wanted to confirm if I was at the right hotel, was chided with " you do not know how to read our hotel's signage?" brought me out and pointed at the hotel name in chinese character. I was like what the #***? I was wearing sunspecs and it was placed up on my head - he had the cheek to say "those specs you are wearing has extra eyes to the sky, why don't you use the extra eyes rather than put it up facing the sky?" I look chinese but it doesn't ascertain I can read Chinese. I spoke some broken mandarin. And the guy at the Check in counter assume I was chinese. I don't want to cur*e him. In a foreign land and nothing to prove right,neither the need for me to win the battle. I could just walk off to another hotel. But being the generous at heart, let it be. N yes this is not the only hotel here. But with luggage in hand, 1st thing is to just check in, put my bags & go enjoy my holiday rather than take up an encounter to prove my self as a guest. As a result got my keys and let it be. I found another door for entry and exit which was good, I don't have to see these guy again. No water provided. Stayed 2 nights, next. Morning, the cleaner/staff told me don't lock the door. I thought she wanted to clean the room. So left the padlock unlock (they use a pad lock due to the nature of the olden door). When I came back the pad lock was pressed lock. Upon opening room uncleaned no water provided. So what's the point of leaving the padlock unlock!?!

房間很有特色，乾淨整潔，酒店整體古香古色。

房間挺有特色，但不太大，第一次住這樣的大炕房，需要把車停到古城外面，步行500米進去，離景點都挺近的

兩個房間用一個熱水器，衹能洗澡一個人就沒有熱水了，服務人員就説他也不知道怎麼辦，讓我等，問他燒熱需要多久，一問三不知，反正劉一句話“我也不知道”

房間的質量不錯，滿足了心中對於老式古建居所的遐想。服務其實很周到，能夠在人員如此密集的情況下幫助安排個停車的地方，並且安排人幫助把行李運至客棧，屬實有心了，客棧有自己的街拍，水平不錯，但是代駕就是沒能睡懶覺，早上9點，窗外就傳來拍攝的聲音，春節期間，整體平遙的通行環境很混亂，開車的朋友注意一下。

酒店就在古城西門不遠，去各個景點都比較方便！酒店自己有古裝攝影化粧等服務比較方便。酒店內部就挺適合拍照的！

房間太小 簡直了 沒見過這麼小的房子🏠 這麼小就別開了 遊客咋住呀 十來個平米 衞生也太差 不建議大家前往

整體環境非常舒適優雅，很有愜意。 房間安靜，想聽隔壁聲音都聽不到的。

熱水壞了，馬桶是壞的，淋浴間門是壞的，花灑也是壞的，要不是取消訂單要收費我就訂別家了
