喬家小院位於平遙古城北門外，步行十五分鐘左右就到古城牆腳下。小院環境不錯，乾淨整潔，有自己家的停車場，停車方便安全。 這裡是《又見平遙》和《又見票號》官方授權售票點。代購雙林寺門票。 可聯繫平遙古城到山西各景點包車、拼車。 代訂購平遙牛肉、酒、醋各種特產。

The hotel accepts foreigners. The location is good, relatively close to the ancient town, and about 2 KM from Pingyao station. It's also convenient if you're going to Zhenguo temple, as the bus going there stops nearby. The place itself is a bit in the middle of nowhere (a bit difficult to find, but look for the signs), but there are a few shops and eateries nearby. The room was clean, and sufficiently large. However, do note that you don't get anything except for the room (i.e. no towel, no toiletries etc.). Also the homestay is literally opposite from the railway tracks, so you're going to hear trains all the time. It's tolerable if you close the window, but do note that there's no air-conditioning, so it's going to be a problem in Summer. That said, it's extremely cheap, so even with all the issues, it's still great value for money.

Excelente anfitrión. Muy amigable y dispuesto a ayudarte en lo que sea necesario. La habitación es amplia y la cama también. No hay ruidos y es oscura a la noche. El baño (aunque está fuera de ella) es completo. Es un poco complejo encontrar la ubicación del lugar pero con los mapas satelitales es posible.

Algo difícil de encontrar pero el dueño me vino a buscar en moto y todo fue más fácil , la habitación era grande y estaba bastante limpia y el baño compartido también limpio y grande

The host were nice and friendly. They speak no English but they use and app for basic translations. The room is good value for money. Modern and clean, with good architectural finishes. They don't provide towels, shampoo and so. No air conditioner either, thou I asked for a fan and they gave it to me and it was perfect like that. Location wasn't so easy to find, the access road can be either dusty or muddy depending on the weather. It's about 15 minutes walk to the north gate of ancient Pingyao city wall. I would recommend specially to couples as it's the same price as for solo travellers. (I guess the price is per room) They didn't ask for a deposit as written in their policies, which is a plus. I attach a plan explaining how to best get there. Recommended.

Хорошее расположение, совсем недалеко от старого города, найти не просто, но есть указатели. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и душевные, всегда рады помочь. Осталось ощущение, что жила в дружной семье 🤗 Спасибо за помощь и такую заботу, это путешествие остаётся в сердце ❤️

Lovely guesthouse just outside Pingyao ancient city, a very short walk! Not super easy to find but the family came out on the street to greet me. Clean newly renovated place.

Very friendly owners. Location is in nice neighborhood just outside of north side of Pingyao ancient city. It is pleasant to walk away from the ancient city to explore the local neighborhood and shops.

La ubicación no es alejada de la ciudad antigua, a unos 15 minutos andando, pero por la noche no cuenta con iluminación y me fue complicado de encontrar. La atención fue excelente y se me permitió dejar mi mochila durante el día.
