The staff and the services are of good quality. The main issue is the location. The Free beach is on the far southern corner of the Long Beach Phu Quoc. The beach right o in front of the restaurant is bit rocky and all the busslibg is 500-600m away at the centre of the beach. The hotel could be ideal for young or single people but may not be the ideal location for a family with young kids. Nevertheless this is not hotel’s mistake. Just the location issue.

Basic hotel, price to value. Beds comfy, room spacious. We had the bungalow on the beach. Nice sunset direkt from your room!Staff friendly, food is ok, portions to small for our teenagers. Downside; beach furniture is old and damaged in desperate need of replacement.

es gibt an der ganzen Hotelanlage nichts auszusetzen. Aber bitte liebe Vietnamesen, ich liebe euer Land, unternehmt endlich etaws gegen den Müll der überall herumliegt. Niemand will an einem Strand liegen der völlig vermüllt ist oder in einem Meer baden zusammen mit Plastikmüll
