索菲亞酒店 (Sofia Hotel)

They advertise it as 24 hrs check in but they turn off the lights and noone there around 10/11. They don't actually have staffs there they are all the staffs for massages so they have to call when you check in. Languages aside from vietnamnese is basically non existence, so be prepared. There's a small night market around which only opens at night. There's a handful of restaurants for breakfast, best western is walking distance if you want buffet breakfast. The towels had stains, 1 out of 4 felt clean. The beddings and pillow, also had some stains. It is basically you get what you paid for cause it's cheap, not terrible but be prepared. Maybe better when the area is more developed and ready for tourists.
