Founded in 2010 with a total area of over 40,000m², in ¾ of the area dedicated to the lush environment, we planted forest flowers, orchids and tropical fruit trees characteristics. Chez Carole Resort have 51 of guest rooms with luxury bungalow in the classical style, all the rooms have a good view : garden view, river view and sea views. Stay at Chez Carole you have a true atmosphere of relaxed elegance all year round. Tucked away on the strait of Cua Can gulf, has the longest private beach in Phu Quoc island, north adjacent to natural forests, west and southwest bordering the sea, eastward to the Cua Can river. Super cadre, très calme, belle plage, très jolie piscine, très agréable. Bungalow confortable. Personnel sympathique. Pratique pour faire de la voile ou des sorties bateau car le centre nautique est dans le resort. Nous avons étendu notre séjour car nous y étions très bien. Cuisine sans plus.

The resort has alot of potential with an exclusive beach, swimming pool and eloquent rooms (some with great views). Breakfasts are great. The manager was good and takes pride in the resort, however when he was not around in the afternoons and evenings service was rare and hard to find. You have to actively go look for restaurant staff to place an order or pay. The restaurant could be alot more profitable if staff actively removed plates and asked clients if they could get them anything e.g dessert, drinks. They charge a service fee, but with little service. It advertises a gym, but equipment is in disrepair, they should not advertise facilities which are not functional. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also not an easy location to get to, but yet we found the reception unhelpful in getting transport. All in all the resort could be great, but service needs to be improved.

Amazing place to spend a couple of relaxing days. The location is perfect for retreat; abit away from the center but they offer motorbike for rent at a good price. The Staffs were really attentive, they do speak English

We had such an amazing stay at Chez Carole, highly recommended!The staffs are so friendly, helpful and attentive. we got upgraded to the beautiful bungalow with beautiful view. The setting of the resort is perfect, restaurant with a great variety of vietnamese and western choices and the beach bar is amazing with a small island to see the sun setting. the pool is superb. If you are wanting to get away from the hustle, this is the ideal place! The whole resort has a calming, laidback feeling. it was really relaxing, we did not want to leave

Spent our last day on the island here, it was exactly what we needed. The bungalow is lovely, looking over the lake. We got all the space and privacy we were after. Hope to come back for our next visit :)

This was a great resort with a private beach. The food was equally amazing. It is a bit off the beat path so is an ideal place for healing & relaxing. We enjoyed the swimming pool & buffet breakfast. Superb!

비교적 외진 곳에 있어 주변에 그랩이 안잡힘. 수영장 수질이 좋지 않아 바닥이 거의 보이지 않음. 식사는 매우 맛있음. 묵었던 호텔 중 가장 뛰어났음. 해변을 통째로 빌린 느낌이 들고, 파도소리가 계속 들려서 힐링하기 좋았음. 가격도 매우 저렴
