Our stay in the three-bedroom ocean-view villa was absolutely sublime. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed and quiet, allowing us to truly unwind. the villas are nestled within lush nature. We loved spending our evenings on the villa's private terrace, drink in hand, watching the spectacular sunset. The ability to jump into our own private pool at any moment was a fantastic perk. The beach is lovely, with clear, calm water. It's quite shallow, making it perfect for families. A highlight for us was the coral reef on one end of the beach, which provided excellent snorkeling right from the shore. The hotel's main swimming pools are also impressive, spread over a vast area that our kids absolutely loved. On the downside, the food and service in the restaurant could be improved. The menu felt somewhat limited for a hotel of this size, and the service was often quite slow. Having only one restaurant was a constraint; adding a few more dining options would significantly enhance the guest experience. Despite this, we had an unforgettable experience

The villas at Premier Village Phu Quoc Resort - Managed by Accor are immaculate. This is the type of place I'd love to live. It's an entire community of 215 villas, spread across the hills and over looking the beach and gardens. The buggy service is dependable and timely and great for getting around quickly. We were provided a free upgrade, which was perfect. The villa included 3 rooms and 3.5 bath, plenty of space for a family of 4. . This is a great option for an extended family vacation or for a group of friends at a very reasonable price. The sea views from the multiple balconies and bathrooms are fantastic, the space for the value are unbeatable, and the amentities are exactly what I family would expect for luxury. The support provided by the staff was great. The private pool is an added bonus, but the public pool is just as amazing. They also offer a variety of free activities for kids and adults including snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and arts and crafts. The gym has everything you'd need to get in a quick workout and they offer yoga classes as well. I didn't use the spa, but it also looked like a relaxing oasis. The breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner options are delicious with a large variety of options. I would make this a yearly 訂房網站 with my family if Vietnam weren't so difficult to visit for foreigners.

特別好的度假村，活動很豐富，裡面非常大，需要下載酒店app去叫車和問詢，體驗了槳板、浮潛、打椰子，最後一天下午還在落日沙灘喝了杯雞尾酒🍹 特別感謝酒店工作人員會中文的Lucy小姐，問了她很多次關於附近景點、餐廳等，非常耐心解答，並在我上車時主動向司機提供了她的手機號碼，讓司機有問題可以聯繫她，讓我感覺很安心！有機會還會再來的！

設施：周邊餐飲和便利店也很方便。衞生方面無可挑剔，房間每天打掃兩次，床品和毛巾都帶著陽光的味道。服務員態度親切，前台小張還主動幫我們升級了海景房。設施很齊全，有3個不同深度的泳池、24小時健身房和小童遊樂區，不過SPA價格偏高。

酒店位置便利，景色很棒，背山面海，服務很好，房間乾淨，工作人員也都熱情。是可以再次入住的酒店。就是可以吃雪糕的那個餐廳關太早了，如果便利店的物品再豐富一些就完美了。

我一般很少給差評，但是這一次我要給雅高尊享 1️⃣房間距離太遠，擺渡車調度差勁我從日落小鎮到酒店衹需要20分鐘，但是我從大堂到我的房間加上等待擺渡車的時間基本需要25分鐘，每次從房間出去參加活動啥的都要提前半小時出發才能保證不遲到，感覺像是被髮配到了寧古塔 2️⃣房間衞生堪憂主臥衣櫃前面的那塊兒地毯真的肉眼可見的臟，不懂為啥不清潔還要擺在那裡，而且打掃過的房間有一根很長的頭髮在洗手池裡，我們是兩個男孩子不會有這麼長的頭髮的 3️⃣餐廳衞生也很一般我們付錢去吃了餐廳的BBQ NIGHT大概400/人，吃完兩個人瘋狂拉肚子，感覺燒烤的海鮮都不是很新鮮，還沒有我們花300在夜市裡the seafood餐館裡吃的乾淨因為同行人生日，我預訂餐廳的時候提前説了，結果最後忘記了，瘋狂説對不起，但是也沒有任何補償 4️⃣服務真的真的真的很差，不值得這個價我這次住了同集團的鉑爾曼和萬豪的JW，從來沒有出現一次重複溝通的問題，在這裡簡直是家常便飯。開車的小哥前2分鐘還在和你確認，開到一半和同樣開車的夥伴打完招呼就忘記你要去哪裡，又要來問一遍…… 5️⃣説是房間大其實也沒有什麼用，床也一般舒適設施也很一般，尤其是吹風機大概我們國內泉季都不用的，出現在了均價5000/晚的酒店裡

ロケーションはとてもよかったが、アクティビティの予約システムが悪い。よく分かりづらいし、やりたいことはほぼできなかった。チェックインしてから1時間以內に次の日のアクティビティの予約だとほぼ満杯だから、事前に予約する必要あり。記念日などのサプライズというかお祝いはパーフェクト💯 ロケーション最高！朝日も夕日もロープウェイも見えて、ほんとに海はきれいで美しかったし、部屋にあるプライベートプールも大きくて泳げる🏊

隱世的別墅酒店，除了出去稍微有點不方便，其他都是絕頂的好。富國島最好的沙灘和海域就是在酒店，唯一一個走在岸邊可以看到小魚的酒店。海邊設施豐富，不用和人搶，度假感拉滿。已經二刷，未來會繼續三刷！

とっても素敵な場所でした。家族でのんびりホテルステイは悽く穏やかな時間です。ヴィラは無料でアップグレードをしてくれ景色が最高でした。朝食も種類豊富で悽く美味しくて子供もたくさん食べました。ホテルスタッフも皆さん悽く親切で、言葉がわからない私達もチャットで全て解決できるので問題なしです。夕食は生演奏とファイヤーダンスがついたシーフードブュッフェを食べ悽く良かったです。何もかもすべて素敵で、また是非來たいホテルです。最後にフロントスタッフが子供にプレゼントしてくれたぬいぐるみも悽く嬉しかったです。最高のホテル、本當にありがとう！
