非常失望的一次入住體驗。 房間衞生比較差，二樓有很多螞蟻，雖然工作人員有過來處理，但問題還是影響了整個入住體驗。二樓木地板已經明顯泡起、變形，房屋維護狀況很差。洗衣機老舊，使用體驗也不好。 入住時房間連瓶裝水都沒有，洗浴用品也不齊全，甚至沒有提供洗髮水，需要我們自己去聯繫索取。 客服態度還可以，聯繫後都會回覆，也願意幫忙處理問題，但房間本身存在的問題太多，不是靠服務就能彌補的。 我認為這裡更像是一家管理不到位的民宿，而不是一家真正意義上的酒店。整體入住體驗遠低於預期，非常非常失望，不會再次選擇，也不推薦給其他旅客。

This was my first time here, and everything was as beautiful as I had imagined. We had a delicious meal and the service was almost perfect.The luxurious accommodation made us feel delighted and comfortable with all the amenities. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends for a 訂房網站.
