At 01:30 a.m., a pipe in the ceiling burst, water flowed out in huge quantities, no one answered the phone, we spent 2 hours looking for ways to turn off the water and electricity supply throughout the house, then we could only sleep at 04:00 a.m., the rest was ruined, the villa management refused to compensate us for all the inconveniences.
