富國島KL酒店 (KL Hotel Phu Quoc)

Hotel is upstairs to coffee shop with no separate reception (barista gave me the room key). Room is small, more or less clean. Hot water tumbler was a surprise: first time I take a shower with only cold water. The bed was made with no removing mattress transporting cover. So it was noisy any time you move. Location of hotel in town is great: near cable car and evening water shows. But Sunset town itself looks like dying place with approximately 70% of buildings empty with "for rent/for sale" tags. There are very few shops and restaurants around. Breakfast in hotel is no-choice noodle soup, so you'd better go to eat somewhere else. I stayed for 3 nights and skipped 2 of 3 breakfasts.

Terrible hotel, it has to be a 1 star. Soundproofing is very low, you cannot sleep in the morning because of the noise of opening and closing doors of the neighbors. The noise inside room of the mini fridge. On your mattress is something like oilcloth… very old rooms, need a repair. The shower is broken. Very low quality hotel for the price they want. I don’t recommend it.
