I stayed at the Radisson Resort and Suites in Kamala beach for 5 days and it is a beautiful resort. The level of service has been excellent. I was greeted at checkin with a cold towel and a drink and the process was smooth. The resort is not brand new and shows some signs of age but it is well maintained. The room is spacious and comfortable and the housekeeping staff keep it immaculate. The pool and bar area are beautiful and the lounge chairs comfortable. Bew at the front desk took great care of me during my visit. She was especially helpful in getting me late checkout so I could enjoy a great last day in Phuket. Kamala beach itself is beautiful and the resort is just 5 minutes from the beach. The food and drink are good and at reasonable prices. I would stay here again.

Разочаровал закрытый бассейн, удалось покупаться 2 раза , бассейн перекрыт на ремонт большая часть , в остальной маленькой части можно купаться было , много оторванных плиточек и потом стали рабочие и Индусы в одеждах купаться вся вода помутнела , отель не плохой , старовата мебель , шведский стол нормальный есть все , кроме рыбки ☺️

Все хорошо ! Даже при при ремонте бассейна нашли возможность обрадовать гостей потрясающие огромные номера великолепные пляж поблизости немецкие управляющий решает все проблемы!

We stayed in Radisson kamala for 4 nights in Jan 2025. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. To start with, i booked 2 rooms and requested in advance asking for rooms next to each other. Upon checkin, I was told your request can't be accommodated as the resort is fully booked. No efforts were made to adjust or provide any resolution even after a day or two of stay. We had little kids who wanted to spend time together and not run up and down the stairs. Nxt thing the bell boy is giving us looks and shaking his head in displeasure when asked to carry luggage separately as 2 different floors were allocated. Poor customer service, guests ridiculed, and laughed upon. Rooms was quite shabby, flooring coming off, door lock was broken. Safe decided to show error mode on checkout. 2 different techs came to fix it wasting half n hour. Pool needed repairs. Breakfast, gym and kids club were good. Staff was a hit and miss. Overall stay wasn't pleasant due to lack of care from the management team. Would not book or recommend this property again.

I was there during Christmas and it was good location close to Kamala beach (but will require you to cross a busy road). Restaurant staff was short and lunch was sad with wait time for one plate of food gone up to about an hour. Same with room service as no one ever picked up the phone.

До пляжа минут 10 пешком, рядом есть магазин, кафе, массажные салоны. Номеру не помешал бы ремонт :)

Hotel is just ok. Per my opinion price/value is not satisfying. walking distance to the beach though.

Отель 💩 но номера более менее, очень много индусов и они свиньи 🐷 Рум сервис очень дорогой. Заказали пиццу и бургер в ресторане отеля(очень не вкусно) , но не смогли в ресторане есть, попросили доставить в номер этого же отеля. Содрали 200 бат с лишним. Персонал вроде вежиливый, но так всем все пофиг. Бассейн скорее всего не хлорируется, так как он круглосуточный, в нем до глубокой ночи плавают все. Индусы курят прям в бассейне, и ноги моют прийдя с улицы В отеле нет лифта, для людей в возрасте по крутым лестницам подниматься еще то удовольствие. В номере не уберут и не принесут туалетную бумагу и воду если не сходить на ресепшен и не настоять на этом До моря идти 3-4 минуты. Пляж хороший, но впадает речка с канализацией. В принципе не воняет. Да инфраструктуры более нормальной 7/11 здесь один всего лишь возле зеленого моста и нормальных кафешек по пляжу минут 20 или на такси 220 бат.
