Wunderschönes Apartment mit Traum-Aussicht und 5-Sterne-Frühstück! Wir waren total positiv überrascht von unserem Aufenthalt! Unser Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern war sehr geräumig, sauber und die Betten waren extrem bequem. Der absolute Hammer war die wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück geht weit über die übliche Hotelkost hinaus – hier kann man wirklich von einem 5-Sterne-Buffet sprechen. Es gab frisch gepresste Säfte, Lachs, eine große Auswahl an frischen Früchten und für wirklich jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Der wunderschöne Pool liegt direkt am Strand von Bang Tao. Der Strand selbst ist ein Traum – weitläufig, sauber und nicht überlaufen. Auch der Service durch das gesamte Personal war durchweg sehr gut. Alles in allem war dies eine sehr positive Überraschung und eine definitive Weiterempfehlung von uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It’s been quite a few years since I last stayed in Movenpick Bangtao, and this is my third time returning. I choose this hotel because the rooms are spacious and clean, and also it is nicely situated beside a quiet private beach but yet 5 minutes ride away from a western shopping area where you can shop and dine. I stayed in a seaview pool residence this time. Our private pool was great and the seaview was amazing. The kitchen inside the residence had all the tools needed to stir up a meal - you can do your groceries at the supermarket nearby. The staffs are very helpful, kind and detail minded. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, but I didn’t mentioned to the staffs but they noted when taking note of our passports, and on her birthday they gave us a birthday, which was very sweet. The checkin was efficient and easy. We were nicely taken care of during our stay. Other than our private pool, the public pool is big and nice as well. You can also use the private beach area which is a few steps away. One thing that can be improved is that the interior is a little dated and can use a renovation. The exterior is still very stylish. I’m very happy during my stay as a returning customer, and will definitely return again when I visit Phuket. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and huge. Comfy bed. Service was excellent. My kids loved the in room pool as well as the main pool. Kid friendly and my husband and I loved happy hour! 3 min walk to the beach too!! 100% recommend

Located in the upscale Laguna area. Walked out to beach and beach bar. But location is far away from any nearby amenities, food options and not even convenience stall. Need to take a car 10mins out. Room is clean and well stocked. But the wow factor quickly died. In our 2 nights stay, there were 3 black out and 2 times water cut. When water comes back on, it was brown water. Horrid. Airon keeps going on and off. No apologies no making up for the horrible experience. Don't even allow 1h of later check out. Totally will not recommend this resort!

Everything seems not upkeep at all. The water from the bath tub came out black, the electricity went off twice and food options were limited. Only 1 or 2 dishes were changed during our 2 nites stay during breakfast. There was a Chocolate hour from 3 to 4pm. We waited till 3.30pm and the Chocolate was not served. When to check with the staff and was rudly told off to "wait, wait". We paid premium for the 3 bedroom but the service and hotel is a disappointment.

A lovely stay at this resort. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room we booked was just what we were after. The food at the restaurant was well presented and extremely enjoyable.

家裡4大1小，住的都很滿意，3分鐘就到沙灘了。就三點我覺得可能對一些人是個問題。 一：真的要會點英文，裡面沒一個工作人員會説中文，住了一週，就我們一家中國人，都是歐美、印度等。 二：就是吃比較麻煩，酒店早餐很一般，午餐、晚餐就體驗過一次，小的玩不動了，叫了點簡單的客房服務。 三：出去一定要打車/開車出去，步行最近的飯店起碼20分鐘+，可以打車去最近的一個Porto de Phuket（這地方主要面向外國人），單程300🐷。 去別的地方下個APP “Bolt”，就行了，直接付現金。
