普吉島帕瑞莎度假村 (Paresa Resort Phuket)

在這裡住了兩晚 度過了非常難忘的30歲生日 房間裡的懸崖海景美的讓人不捨得睡著 很適合都市人來放空 服務非常好 有微信聯絡可以對接需求 酒店裡就一家餐廳但很好吃 早餐也很豐盛 服務人員都非常熱情總是面帶微笑且耐心 很難得是熱帶國家的酒店衞生做的非常好 我本人超級怕蟲 但這裡處理的很好很安全 一定會帶家人再來

除了訂房網站or帕瑞莎取消了我三次訂單之外，其他是很滿意的。 第一次順我5700訂的雙臥泳池別墅價格太低了，酒店沒有確認 第二次説預訂時候贈送的4人60分鐘spa沒辦法贈送 第三次在入住的兩天前説預訂的房間因為颱風損壞房屋導致需要維修無法入住，也不知道為什麼明明有6套雙臥，我還是8月頭預訂的，取消的是我的。 衹能給兩間普通的基礎房型。 不過好在是訂房網站，前前後後賠了1000積分加首日房費，把原本2.4的房費控制到了1.1。也算是撿了一個大便宜。 整體來説，房間很不錯，米其林餐廳也好吃，服務也很好，整體度假村很私密，值得推薦。

依著懸崖修建的酒店 風景非常非常非常漂亮！ 原木風設計 床品非常舒服（出來這麼多天睡得最香的）這片海非常藍 因為都是別墅設計 人不密集 很適合度假（酒店裡麵都是依山而建的路 高爾夫車去房間非常刺激）去外面的話比較遠 需要注意grab最基礎車型很容易被取消 因為很多因為山路難開價格又低不肯來 服務沒得説 唯一有一點點瑕疵就是房間保潔沒有給我換新的牙刷牙膏 總之總之 牆裂推薦！！

酒店美到讓人失語，正對安達曼海，絕佳的日落觀賞地，酒店服務也很貼心，期待再來！

酒店到處都是蟲子，壁虎，蜘蛛。怕蟲的女生可以直接避雷。沒有放照片是因為實在太黑了 沒法拍. 定的海景別墅，風景説實話不錯，但是從大堂回房間實在不方便。 有一説一海景確實不錯，早飯味道也可以。好評 最離譜的是。居然有別人直接走到我定的房型裡來。附圖是門鎖。外面也可以打開。簡直離譜。不建議推薦這家酒店。

總體來説體驗還不錯，酒店的餐廳不錯，服務的話算及格吧，有些員工不太熱情主動，也有區別對待中國客人和白人客人的情況。房間景色不錯，衹是交通不太方便，住在山上，出門一趟真是不方便，而且去海灘太遠了，介意的朋友最好不要定這家。

設施：健身房很小，衹能夠滿足基本啞鈴動作，餐廳衹有一間，早餐還不錯，晚餐和中餐比較單一而且價格很貴 衞生：十分乾淨，有很多專業人員維護 環境：環境十分棒，被綠色植物環繞，晚上還有很多野生動物，但由於山上被懸崖環繞交通非常不便利，出入通常靠Grab叫車，去普吉鎮、芭東這些玩的地方普遍通勤時間在30-40分鐘 服務：工作人員專業，用英語溝通即可 總體而言，這個酒店衹適合想在房間內躺著、或者有朋友一起出來玩的人群，酒店本身不帶沙灘而且交通不是很便利

一、中國人不要來，千萬不要來。首先酒店怠慢國人，我住的最後一天錢被偷了，找酒店，酒店忽悠我第二天總經理會親自解決，但直到去機場的車來接我，依然沒見到他們負責人，説報警了，讓我一直等待！！這就是算好我們離店時間，員工偷錢，酒店故意拖時間，怠慢國人，否則一晚上時間早解決了。 二、酒店房間裡有飛蛾、壁虎，房間外面有蛇，這能想象！！ 三、房費高，設施老舊，與價錢不成正比，衹有一個餐廳。 四、非常偏僻，晚上打車回來，很長一段小路，沒燈光沒人影，坐車裡都害怕，連司機都害怕，出行非常不方便。

We stayed at Paresa Resort expecting a luxurious and peaceful escape, especially considering the steep price and its advertised five-star status. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations, primarily due to a serious lack of privacy and underwhelming service. The villa we booked included a “private” pool and balcony area — one of the main reasons we chose this resort. However, this space was far from private. Guests staying in the villa above ours could easily look directly down at us. In fact, they repeatedly peeked their heads over the edge, watching us while we were trying to relax. On multiple occasions, they even splashed water into our area, completely ruining any sense of comfort or seclusion. It was uncomfortable, intrusive, and honestly unacceptable for a property of this level. When we raised our concerns with the hotel, we expected a professional and understanding response. Instead, we were met with skepticism. Despite sending them clear video evidence of the issue, they insisted on verifying it themselves before deciding whether we even deserved a room change — which already felt dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, a staff member came to assess the situation and acknowledged that our concerns were valid. However, the “solution” they offered was even more baffling. The alternative room they showed us had less privacy — exposed from multiple directions, as if privacy wasn’t even a consideration. It felt like they completely missed the point of our complaint. For a resort that markets itself as an exclusive, five-star retreat, this level of customer care and room design is unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed and frustrated. There are many beautiful resorts in Phuket that offer true privacy and genuinely care about guest satisfaction — unfortunately, Paresa is not one of them. If you’re looking for privacy, attentive service, and a true luxury experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This was not worth the money, and we won’t be returning.
