普吉島Mystays (Mystays Phuket)

All the staff provided great service, especially Nana, the manager. The room was cleaned every day, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the bed  it was a bit hard and not very comfortable. They also offer an affordable breakfast, which is a plus. However, I was disappointed with my last night. I woke up at midnight to an ongoing noise that I couldn’t identify, and it didn’t stop until morning. Then, during check-out, the internet suddenly stopped working even though I was still there having breakfast. I had to ask for a new Wi-Fi password, which was inconvenient. Another issue was when I asked to borrow an iron for my clothes  they told me they didn’t have one. I even suggested they could buy one from the Supercheap store nearby (which I had visited myself), but it wasn’t actually cheap and it was too heavy. I’m on a tour  why would I buy an iron just to use once? So I went back and spoke to the manager. I explained that the hotel should provide an iron for guests to borrow. Eventually, they spoke to the owner and managed to borrow one for me. What really disappointed me, though, was when they claimed the plastic cover that holds the sugar and coffee was missing from the room. I told them, “What would I even do with that plastic?” It felt unnecessary and made the check-out experience uncomfortable.

當日フライト遅延して朝にプーケット著くフライトに変えたから結局宿泊はできなかったけど、プーケット港までのピックアップをホテルにしててすでに変更できなかったからとりあえずチェックアウトまで部屋で休ませてもらえたらと思って行ったら快く受け入れてくれました🥰 2時間くらいしか滯在してないけど部屋も清潔でした！

카페를 겸하는 호텔인데요. 룸은 굉장히 깨끗하고 스태프가 친절한 특징이 있었어요. 가격이 비싸지 않은 숙소인데도 맛있는 조식이 제공되었어요. 조식은 선택해서 주문하는 건데 아메리칸 브랙퍼스트, 에그베너딕트, 햄버거 등등을 선택할 수 있어요. 전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 다만 호텔 옆에 닭들이 살아서 새벽에 울면 깰수 있어요

밤에 도착하여 배타러 가기전 잠만 자려고 들렸는데 괜찮았어요. 단지 엘리베이터가 없어서 캐리어 들고 2층까지 올라가는데 계단이 많아 너무 힘들었어요.

We arrived late and spend one night here , it's comfortable feeling. It's best choice on low budget. Staff are friendly and smiling.

Everything was perfect except the location is quite far from the city center and so convenient for transport

go for it budget friendly - calm and quiet - with a good cafe- not in a crowded location .

Everything was good . All Ok . Staffs are helpful. Area is nice . But a bit far from everything. But you rent a bike or car. They speak thai english .
