普吉島潮汐酒店 (Hotel Tide Phuket Beach Front)

En general es bonito, pero es una pena que la playa no sea para bañarse ya que es muy sucia. Y las habitaciones huelen tanto a humedad que por mucho ambientador que tiran en seguida desaparece y no se puede aguantar el mal olor a humedad. Maximo 2 días se aguanta. El desayuno flotante lo mejor.

At first this place seemed very nice but every day something happened. Like one night they accused us of smoking in the room and listening to the music very loudly. They called several times which is very strange. Room was not always cleaned properly. Last day we were waiting for our housekeeper and we used to leave the room at 11/12 so they can clean it before we come back but they came at 4pm. Very strange as we were in the room and wanted to get ready for your dinner and not watching how our room is getting cleaned. We also got food poisoning at their restaurant, we got noodles and sushi and both of us got it. The last day we decided to have our brunch at their cafe and ordered two dishes and they brought it not like advertised. My friend got her plate with mushrooms instead of mushroom rolls and I got simple fries instead of cheese potatoes. When we said that it’s wrong they said they can redo it so we waited and didn’t eat it but they just brought ingredients to add (cheese for my potatos and rolls for my friend), although we had a big plate with sandwiches and it got cold as they said they will get us another one and we didn’t eat. It also took 40 minutes to get our first order and then almost 20 minutes to get the ingredients.

The hotel staff is good, so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay here, my boy was very happy, our room had a swimming pool right in front. The location is good , quiet, and not far from phuket downtown. If you love privacy, then this hotel is our recommendation.

ห้องพักขนาดกะทัดรัด สะอาด ใกล้ทะเล

ค่อนข้างอึ้ง เพราะว่าตอนแรกจองมานอนโฮเทลไทด์แต่ไปถึง ได้นอนฝั่งโรงแรมโฟโต้โฮเทลเก่า ซึ่งตอนนี้รวมกับโรงแรมนี้ไปแล้ว ส่วนพนักงานก็อธิบายให้เข้าใจได้ดี ตอนนี้ก็เลยเล่นสระได้ทั้งสองฝั่งเลย แต่ถ้าจะเป็นส่วนตัวก็คงต้องเป็นฝั่งที่เป็นโรงแรมโฟโต้โฮเทลเก่านั่นเอง

Брали спокойный отель, море конечно грязное рядом, но для фото с бассейна этого не видно Есть рестораны, по вечерам живая музыка и было фаер шоу. Совет: берите номера которые чёрные Раньше это был отдельный фото- отель, сейчас это все едино, у него вид поновее, бассейн чистый, номера великолепные, да мебель пошарпанная, но и у нас с таким бы климатом все столы бы полетели через 3 года. Полотенец давали не ро 2 на человека а по 3-4 шт, в номере есть чайник и капсульная кофеварка. Постель очень нежная, белоснежная, отличные подушки, аж 4 шт, наполняли ванну, вода чистая, голубоватого оттенка, мы остались полностью довольны отелем, выход к бассейну тоже великолепен, отличное место для спокойного отдыха, вызывали доставку еды grab, все быстро в течении 35мин привозили, вызывали такси и в город и в аэропорт, не было никаких проблем, кстати, в 10 минутах вправо вверх по дороге есть местный 7/11, но его нет на картах почему-то. У мужа было др, поздравили тортиком с музыкой!

service very bad, we book 2 room, more two thousand bath per room in low season , should be get more service, we check in around midnight, then call for air condition not cool, we call reception then he told will sent engineer to fix but no one come, day after when we check out and time to waiting taxi , we informed reception we forget suit jacket then she call to some one to looking for , we waited around 20 minutes no one bring on staff inform anything, we decide to go to the room to pick up by our self , lucky that room door still open with out staff, good hotel good location even quite old but service should be improve!!!!!!!

Неплохой отель, супругу моему очень сильно понравился. А я просто перечислю плюсы и минусы . Итак, плюсы: 1. Если выбрать правильную категорию номера, то можно сразу с номера выплывать в бассейн 👍🏻 2. Есть ресторан можно поесть. Цены чуть дороже других кафе. 3. Находится сразу на море, соответсвенно вид с бассейна на море, это прикольно. Теперь минусы: 1. Море грязное и мелкое никто в нем не купается. Так что его наличие это только визуал. 2. Находится сильно в отдалении от всего соотвественно из этого вытекают другие минусы: такси дорого и никто не едет, рядом нет ничего нот слова совсем. Вывод: на одну ночку можно, почилить на бассейне. Все.

Horrible stay. The room smells and the reception didn’t want to offer additional key so I could keep air con on to get rid of the smell. It was not until the cleaner offered the additional key. Also there’s renovation next to the room and very noisy during the day. I didn’t know it’s so bad until I checked ins the room was away from the main building. Pool water is dirty. I wouldn’t return to this hotel again. I cut my stay short and move to another hotel. The promotion of this hotel on 訂房網站.com is a trap.
