臟亂差 連瓶裝水都沒有 設施陳舊 不建議入住

不推薦入住，設施陳舊，位置尷尬，很多都是長租房。

每天在床頭放了50泰銖小費，床單依然是不換的

環境很差，設施老舊不堪，不會再入住

Bilder können täuschen. Dreckig und viel zu eng. Man kam nicht an den Schrank und ans Fenster. Badezimmertür voll mit Flecken, Sofa dreckig, Stühle und Tisch fleckig. Dusche hatte nur kaltes Wasser. Handtücher kaputt. Bettdecke zu klein für das zu große Bettlaken. Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Schlechtes Wifi! Ausblick von Pool schön, aber zu wenig Liegen und alle in der Sonne, keine Schattenplätze. Sehr voll und laut durch die Russen. Die Fliesen im Pool waren teilweise kaputt und daher Verletzungsgefahr. Fitnessstudio ok, aber ohne Klimaanlage. Russen Hotel. Aber allgemein der Ort ist zu 99% voll mit Russen. Daher keine Empfehlung für das Hotel und allgemein für den Ort.

Перед заездом в район Банг Тао/Сурина прошерстила все предложения на трип. Этот привлек в первую очередь по цене - она сильно ниже, чем аналогичные предложения. В итоге номер был суперский! Любителям просторных комнат он может показаться маловат, но мы приходили в него только в душ, спать и сериальчик перед сном посмотреть. Все наши нужды он закрыл на все 100. Белье свежее чистое, уборка каждый день, полотенца, халаты, гигиенические принадлежности все есть (кроме щетки и пасты). Есть небольшой столик, большой холодильник, плита и утварь, удобный диван и балкончик, где можно курить. Единственное , что было чуть хуже - сантехника, она прям сильно видавшая виды, но свои функции выполняет. Вид из номера у нас был не очень (2 этаж, на огромный трансформатор), но нас не напрягало, так как там постоянно тусили местные птицы и за ними интересно было наблюдать. На восьмом этаже есть бар, ресторан и самое главное - бассейн. Там вид сумасшедший. Расположение - просто кайф. Спокойно, тихо, близко до всего, чего душа пожелает. До моря минут 7-10 прогулочным шагом. Есть парковка и там же в отеле арендовали автомобиль для поездки на Саммет Нангше на рассвет. Персонал просто супер отзывчивый и дружелюбный. С удовольствием осталась бы там надолго, но дорога приключений позвала нас дальше. Очень рекомендую кафе khunya и madam напротив него, ели там душевно и вкусно, часто брали навынос и кушали в отеле, особенно в жару днём.

My experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the property was not well-maintained. The common areas were in disrepair, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The lack of towels at the pool and sunbeds that looked like they had seen better days. The gym was a sweltering inferno thanks to broken air conditioning, rendering it utterly unusable. And as for my room? It was a chamber of filth and despair. Cleanliness was severely lacking, with stains on the bedding and furniture, sand in the drawers, and a blocked sink. The sink was clogged, the shower encased in grime from the sins of countless previous guests. After enduring just one torturous night in this house of horrors, I couldn’t bear to stay a moment longer. I fled, leaving behind my original booking for five days without a second thought. Save yourself from the nightmare I endured and steer clear of this hellhole masquerading as a hotel.

ประตูกุญแจห้องพักเสียตั้งแต่ก่อนเข้า ต้องตามพนักงานมาไขให้ทุกครั้ง แต่บริการดีค่ะ พนักงานมารยาทดี ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างดี แต่ควรปรับปรุงกุญแจลูกบิดห้องค่ะ เพราะไขเองจนเลือดออกเลยค่ะ

The hotel is nice and clean. There is a roof top swimming pool with a sea view, a cafeteria and a gym. All is functioning from 8 am to 8 pm. The household service is a little slow to deliver what you need. If you call the reception and ask for something you have to remind them about it several times. The towels that had been changed on the second day of our stay were clean but stained and smelled vinegar. These are actually little things. The location is good - the hotel is relatively close to Surin beach, only 10 min on foot and there are outside restaurants, convenience stores and massage salons also within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and the overall impression of our staying there is good.
