Very nice staff, well-equipped hotel, free transportation, everything is available, but on some rooms, there is a lack of cleanliness, I had to change my first room because it was not clean. I added money to have a room with access to the pool, because I think they do too much cleaning to these rooms. Pool lack of tiles 5 stars just in Phuket, not elsewhere

房間很大，我共租了三間房，酒店很好安排三連房給我們，有免費停車場，再轉酒店接駁車上山上的房間，可惜酒店上山的接駁車要等太久，有一次要出門時，叫了兩次，等了25分鐘還未有接駁車，之後使直接開自己的車上山到房間樓下有少許位置泊車，方便很多，另外原來所有人都可以到你房前的泳池範圍，出入時記得要鎖好門，還有泳池經常有職員清理樹葉，但池邊很多磚都掉了，建議酒店維修一下會更好，整體而言景觀很美，到市區亦很方便。

Terrible hotel. Terrible customer service. Staff are chaotic, and make you run around for them. Very inefficient processes. The shuttle will make you wait up to 20 minutes despite constantly calling. I never write reviews but this experience was dreadful. Please avoid if you want to have a good holiday. There’s so much more I want to write but let me leave it at the photo of the pool and it’s chlorine you get covered in while swimming

We had a truly wonderful stay at Patong Bay Hill Resort. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff’s hospitality exceeded our expectations – always warm, helpful, and professional. Our room was clean, spacious, and the private jacuzzi added a perfect romantic touch for couples like us. We genuinely loved everything about this hotel. No complaints at all – just beautiful memories.

已住過很多次，雖然在半山，但離沙灘和商場大約5分鐘車程，酒店有Suttle bus來回沙灘和商場，酒店房間空間大，有廚房，但沒有廚具，如要用廚具要另加1500泰銖讓酒店安排，今次住4晚，所以我們在big c買了電煱回來煮食，一出露臺就是泳池，酒店的服務人員也很有禮貌，房間打掃乾淨。

3星級的酒店被誤評成5星期的酒店。 已很久沒有遇到要收“現金”按金的酒店了，而且要求收取的額度亦十分不合理。訂了2間一臥室的直通泳池房，被要求每一間房付4000泰幣按金，2間房總共扣押了8000泰幣。真的太離譜了吧。 酒店日久失修，全間房間的木製傢俱都發黴，最嚴重的地方是浴室木門，全部發黴破爛。浴屏半邊被拆去了，沖涼時水不停向外流。其本的毛巾亦只給你2條浴巾及一條地面毛巾。泳池磁磚脫落嚴重，很刮腳。 酒店沒有𨋢，每都要行一條又長又斜的樓梯上上落落，整間酒店黑暗暗的。 員工股務同樣差勁，吃早餐要自己找坐位、取餐具，員工給的餐墊，是上一枱客人剛剛用完，她只用布抹一下便轉交給我用。Check out time是中午12點，但酒店11：30就打電話到房間催促盡快退房。 最後的總結是，大家不要再被騙了。這酒店真的不值得你去付費入住。
