衞生實在無法接受，大家看圖片吧，本人平時不喜歡寫評價，但這次發出來給大家避雷吧，春節期間價格貴不説，衞生打掃完全不專業，換被套的時候他們竟然把被子扔在地上，我實在看不過去搶過來説我自己換吧，完全算不上是正規酒店，也就是個管理較差的民宿吧，平時200的價格我也不會再住第二次了，早餐也簡易的沒什麼吃的，周邊也在施工中，道路灰塵很大，就這樣吧！

The Gallery seemed to be a really nice place to spend some time nearby the sea in quiet bay of Nai Harn beach. The interior looks classy, clean and stylish, there they have swimming pool and some beach bags and towels in the room. I was so happy to find Papaya shop near the hotel, where you can find great choice of healthy food and other goods, so I haven’t paid for my breaks and cooked my own, thanks to the shop. The only one thins which I didn’t really like: despite my plates in the room were clean and covered with plastic film, I found all utensils as forks and spoons were oily and seems, weren’t washed after the previous use. Cleaning lady couldn’t under me, so informed the receptionists. They just said “sorry, we will ask her to wash”, but in my opinion, this kind of situations should be covered by hotel at least with a small complement from hotel such as snack or glass of juice or something. Just as a polite gesture from good management.

Хорошее местоположение относительно пляжа. Бесплатно дают велики на прокат на 2 часа. 4 подушки на двоих. Достаточно мягкий, но удобный матрас. Большой номер, хорошая душевая. Большой балкон с диваном. Есть сушка для одежды на балконе, которую можно занести в номер. Завтрак по меню и немного буфет( фрукты, тосты, масло, джем, йогурт, чай, кофе, сок, вода, оладьи). Огромный бассейн. Отель на 30 номеров. В не сезон супер- 2,3 номера были заняты. Рядом 7/11. Уборка каждый день, есть гель, шампунь,, лосьон для тела. Отель на твердую 4 из 5. Балл сняла бы только за скудный завтрак. А в целом очень рекомендую!

首先，我們入住攜帶小童，不滿十歲，不需要加床。我們在別的酒店都可以臨時增加早餐，但這家不是，必需增加，另外大人也不可以用餐。還跟我們解釋，其實孩子本身也是要收取床費的，他們已經做了讓步，所以才收取孩子每天五十人民幣早餐費。但我們在泰國其他酒店並沒遇到此類問題。另外房間有黴味，穿單被套上有汙漬，早餐每天都是固定選項，餐桌墊衞生很一般，經常有上一位客人殘留食物。其他服務並沒體現

提前兩個月訂房，要求高樓層，到店給你一樓排水管道旁的房間，黴味、下水道臭味，陽台門鎖是壞的關不上、屋裡燈也是壞的。想到要過節連住四晚是崩潰的，想換房間被告知sorry滿房。衹能將就，第一晚硬是輾轉反側到快3點才能入眠。第二天要求換房依舊告知沒有，説給我深度清潔，等了一天也沒來。第三天依然沒希望，實在是住不下去，一家人是來度假的不是來受罪的。果斷走人，最後還得是訂房網站客服幫忙解決問題和損失。如果是國內的想定這家酒店，友情提醒衹能説是旺季高端五星的價格1星的體驗。三思。

酒店位置唔算太方便，但對自駕遊嚟講就冇太大影響，房間夠大，水溫夠熱，但枕頭同被都有啲黴味，員工嘅服務態度良好親切，亦都有幾隻好可愛嘅貓貓！

ที่พักนี้ฉันเลือกไปพักตรงกับวันครบรอบ 1 ปี เลยแอบขอให้พนักงานช่วยจัดดอกไม้บนเตียงเพื่อเซอร์ไพรส์แฟน แล้วพนักงานก็ทำให้แบบน่ารักมากกกก แฟนฉันชอบสุด ๆ เห็นแล้วก็ยิ้มทั้งวัน ❤️ ห้องคือกว้างมากกก เตียงก็กว้างนอนสบาย ที่พักสวยแบบคุ้มราคาสุด ๆ ระเบียงก็กว้าง มีอ่างอาบน้ำให้ด้วย ฟีลโรแมนติกมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกคือครบทุกอย่างจนอยากอยู่ต่อเลย ฉันยังสั่งให้ร้านดอกไม้เอาดอกไม้มาส่งเพิ่ม พนักงานล็อบบี้ก็เต็มใจรับไว้ให้ และช่วยเอาไปแอบไว้ในห้องตอนฉันไม่อยู่ คือบริการดีมากกกจนประทับใจ ที่พักมีสมาร์ททีวีให้ดูเพลิน ๆ และมีสระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อนจริง ๆ ทำเลก็ดีมาก ใกล้ทั้งหาดยะนุ้ย แหลมพรหมเทพ และหาดในหาน จะเที่ยวเล่นหรือชมวิวก็สะดวกสุด ๆ สรุปเลยว่าที่นี่คือที่พักที่ฉันประทับใจที่สุดในภูเก็ต ทั้งห้องสวย บริการดี และทำให้วันครบรอบปีนี้พิเศษสุด ๆ 💖

The hotel is in a peaceful and scenic location, right in front of a small lake and just 3–4 minutes by scooter from Nai Harn Beach and the beautiful viewpoint where you can watch amazing sunsets over the sea. The property looks new and was very quiet during our stay, with very few guests, which made the atmosphere relaxing. There are two pools — a large one for adults (long enough for a proper swim) and a smaller one for kids. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a big comfy bed, a huge shower, a modern bathroom, and a smart TV. Each room has a private terrace overlooking the pool, with a cozy outdoor sofa. Pool towels were provided in the room. Breakfast is served in a nice restaurant space — it’s a small buffet, probably because there weren’t many guests, but you can choose from a small menu including American breakfast, avocado toast, and other options, freshly prepared for you. You can also order à la carte for lunch or dinner. Staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. There’s scooter parking right in front of the hotel. Overall, a great place to stay if you want comfort and tranquility near Nai Harn.

We booked a standard “deluxe room” without breakfast for 5 nights. They put us on the second floor and it had a nice view of the garden and pool from a private balcony. The room was good enough and felt clean and spacious. Towels were clean but grey from age; we used our own. Bed sheets were a bit musty but we had them changed and much better. Toilet paper and toiletries very cheap. Nice big TV but no channels you want so bring a USB drive for movies. The swimming pool was fantastic! Clean and big enough for several people to do laps. Or just relax and enjoy bird spotting. The environment was very peaceful and max capacity is only 30 rooms. The gym was decent too. Location is good if you plan to hire a bike or use taxis, but on foot it’s poor due to lack of sidewalks, traffic and hills. Nai Harn beach is really very beautiful and you can use their bikes to cycle there or walk 15 minutes. Next door is the best mini-mart in Phuket, Papaya which has homemade cakes and dairy, proper but cheap coffee and a bunch of other stuff that really supports your stay at the hotel. Also, Avo the restaurant next door is good too, and 5 minutes up the hill the Cannelle cafe and bakery is awesome! Overall, this is a great value hotel for budget travellers who want peace and quiet without being far off the beaten track. Very friendly staff too.
