The room was relatively small, and I wasn't very satisfied. After paying an additional fee, I upgraded to a deluxe king room, which I was happy with. The overall environment in the villa area is quiet, free from noisy disturbances, and the room's soundproofing is excellent. Even if there are faint sounds outside the window, they are barely noticeable inside. Staying here during my vacation allowed me to completely relax, and I slept very well while resting here.

I didn't like this small room because I booked it in a hurry and didn't carefully read the room description. Upon arrival, I paid to upgrade to a larger room. I recommend booking three or four-bedroom villas, as they are quite high quality. Thank you to the front desk staff for their excellent attitude and patience.

The hotel is located near Mai Khao Beach. Because my children wanted to play in the Splash Jungle Water Park, I made a temporary reservation here. This room can only accommodate 1 person so I paid to change to a larger room. The staff has a great attitude and good communication.

The hotel is not far from the beach, about 10 minutes' walk. There are not many people on the beach and it is very comfortable to swim in the sea. There are several restaurants next to the beach with affordable prices. I like the decoration style of the hotel very much.

There is a Chinese-speaking butler, so any problems can be resolved quickly without worrying about misunderstandings caused by language barriers. The bed and mattress are very good, and I slept soundly at night.

Staying at this hotel, I feel that everything is quite balanced. It's close to the beach, so I can go there anytime. Renting a car is also convenient for travel. Additionally, the butler service attitude is very good.
