菲尼克斯都市長住型酒店 (Metro Phoenix Extended Stay)

The room was absolutely filthy! There was crumbs in the sheets, along with cigarette burns and pee on the toilet! The pictures speak for themselves. We asked for more towels and they got MAD and hesitated, then saying they don’t usually give out towels… like what? It’s a hotel? The place did not seem safe what so ever. It was crawling with homeless people. I was scared to bring my children to the pool. Overall it seemed like a decent place by the pictures they have but it was WAY below my standards. I met another nice family and they had all of the same issues! We had a room with a loft and pull out couch, and. A bed on the main floor. The sofa bed had only 1 sheet on it. The main floor has 1 pillow and the loft had 2 pillows. We had to ask for more blankets as there was only 1 in our room. The blankets thwmselves were extremely thin. The employees made me feel like I can’t ask for anything! The service number to call for assistance was not the actual lobby and I was met with ‘I will send them a message’. We never heard back and had to go to the lobby ourselves. There was also no place to put our garbage that we could find and it said there was a gym and laundry machines but we could not find those either. I would NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN AS IT WAS SO UNSAFE! We were told no one was in the room next to us then the same day coming back to our room there were plastic gloves outside our door. The headboard of the main bed was completely broken and disgusting behind it. The oven door was alike tho when we got there!!!

I’ve never been to this suite complex so decided to try it out we enjoy it and would come again

This is the second room that I have had here now. The first room I stayed in was aloft and when I walked in that one it smelled like Bo and the room I stay in now is the studio and when I first walked in this one it smelled like cats, it made me wonder if they even clean how they are supposed to or wash the comforters because even the couches smells like cats. The water does not get hot and the bathtub faucet does not work. I told them about the hot water and they said maintenance would be here to fix it but they never came, other than the foul odor and me not having hot water (which is a very big deal to me and my daughter who likes to take baths) the studio is spacious

The hotels remind me of apartments, she fat I've stayed in the loft ad studio.

Room smelled like heavy smoke and I got sick do to this. Also the bed look so disgusting when u take off the bed sheets. There’s possible bed bugs, they don’t supply towels, or much of anything. I wouldn’t recommend the pool either. the area doesn’t seem very safe lots of substance abuse around so if u could avoid this area I would. The staff is super unprofessional and just slow overall, they don’t care about the quality of your stay and don’t expect any help really.

All that I was okay the shower was had a leak so the shower stayed wet whatever like some hot water too but you know most mostly important I was just a good stay

Being Ankunft am 29.01. keinen Zutritt zum Zimmer, nach Reklamation meinerseits, wurde ich des Geländes verwiesen, und geschlagen!!!
